Do you ever have one of those days when your body is stiff and aches? Well, a stretch session can take care of that! I have a weekly session with Jeremy who has the magic touch!! I get a full body stretch! It’s a service that is needed to take the edge off & release those stiff muscles! What a treat!!

This was my first ever visit to any StretchLab and it proved to be a Fantastic experience! I’ve been traveling and experienced a strain in my piriformis muscle.Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by Brooklyn, and based on my appointment time, Brooklyn knew my name:)Jake (Flexologist) asked questions to determine my condition and needs. During my session, Jake explained each stretch thoroughly, my role in the stretch, what to expect, and checked in throughout the stretch. Jake was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.Based on this very positive experience, I will definitely return to StretchLab!!

Ive been to the StretchLab a couple times now and they're great. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The flexologists will work directly with you, listen to your concerns, and get you loosened up and feeling better.
