Just completed my 4th stretch and have been very impressed each time. I had my introductory session with Abel, who was great! I started coming because of sciatica nerve pain caused by overtraining for a half-marathon. Since joining, I've worked with Sydney and Liz. - both are equally amazing. I've had three 25-minute sessions and they are always over too soon.
Highly recommend coming here at least once - if nothing more than to learn a few complex stretches you can do on your own afterwards. I've started implementing / replicating some of their stretches with a band, then visiting SL before/after a big run.
