Very irresponsible employees. Me and my aunt went to go print out a poster yesterday. The guy working at the printing section said that 24x36 was the biggest they could do for a poster so, my aunt said to print out the poster with those measurements. Then she payed the amount that she needed to pay, and left. Later that day, she went to go pick up the poster. They didn’t know where her poster was and it took at least 10 minutes for them to find it. The guy also spelled her last name wrong and didn’t even confirm the spelling earlier. Today, we measured the poster so we could put it in a frame. It was 18x12 which was not the size she paid for. We went to the store to return it and the guy from yesterday was working as well. To our surprise the card wouldn’t show up with the purchase! That is her only card so how come the purchase didn’t show up..? We didn’t have the receipt, I’m not sure if the guy took it by mistake or something. The way we were treated was irresponsible. Educate your cashiers and employees Staples.

There are a lot of places that you can go to to buy supplies for your home or office, but the Staples located off of Sam Furr Road has the sharpest employees I've encountered

Went to Staples in Huntersville NC to buy a computer whose main purpose will be to record music. Dan was great! Answered all our questions, recommended additional equipment that may be required to enhance the use of the computer, & was very knowledgeable!

Came in for one copy printed of a pdf and was charged over $8? Additionally, the girl working at the print counter was less than helpful. I politely asked her a question and she looked at me like I was absolutely nuts - she barely said two words to me the whole time I was there. The least helpful/pleasant experience I’ve had probably in any store ever.

Went to print out a PDF file… The lady had no idea what she was doing was absolutely no help. Not to mention for two pages of glossy print ((8.5 × 11 inches) out picture she was charging me 100$ each!!!! No way is was suppose to be that much over do not recommend this staples will not be going back to this location

I’ll bump my rating up one star since the page owner is at least responsive (thank you). The employees are rude, borderline just mean. My last visit, I went in asking for a certain product, and not only did the cashier cut me off mid sentence with a harsh “No,” but the employees behind him laughed at me for asking. Nothing against Staples corporate, but I avoid this location.

Bought a $260 printer less than 19 days ago. The printer was defective and stopped working. Brought it back with my receipt. Not only did they NOT return it, they also refused to exchange it, they didn't even give me store credit! So now I'm out of $260. Why? Because they don't stand by the products they sell. They have a 14 day return policy (not 30 like most places. Thanks for taking my money Staples and offering zero solutions to solidify your awful customer care.I understand that your employees are just doing their job (like an Auschwitz guard, basically)... wait that's not fair or funny to compare staples return policy with the holocaust, that was out of line, sorry.... but $260 is a lot of money. It's not a fair comparison... because well, let's face it, not even hitler would sell you a broken printer and steal $260 from you. I've seen a bunch of ww2 documentaries about hitler on the history channel, and he committed every evil crime you could possibly commit, except stealing $260.. So congratulations to Staples for finishing the work of hitler.So all in all, Staples has a better chance of seeing Jesus blow Buddha before they see another dollar of mine.

This location is terrible. The workers are rude and have zero interest in providing any customer service. They are so disorganized and when you show even one iota of rightful frustration due to their ineptitude, they then are sarcastic and rude. If you have other options, I would say use them vs this place.

Rude customer service. Apparently mom and daughter live there and the mom wasn't just rude. The scale on her face says it all I would never come here again no wonder she's 55 working at a copier.
