“Met a wonderful young lady who assisted me with an Online exchange. Julie was extremely pleasant with helping me exchange a sweatshirt that I bought my daughter for Christmas. She went above and beyond when she indicated to me that she knew the item was discounted from the time I bought it and honored the lower price by issuing me a refund for the difference. She could have just done "her job" and processed my exchange, however she left me feeling very happy with the level or service and gained a loyal customer in the process. Thanks Julie and team. “WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After checking online for the new Peanuts Fall collection (PJ’s, slippers, and socks) they were out of stock of all the sizes I needed. I called the AE store at Birkdale and spoke with Grace and she was the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST! She was able to find all the sizes I needed and sat them to the side for me. Unfortunately she wasn’t there when I got there to pick everything up but I got everything purchased and everybody there was so sweet and funny! They made sure we found everything we needed before we checked out! I ended up coming back the next day to purchase a cardigan I saw and got to meet Grace and she was just as sweet and was so nice to talk to and I just had to leave a review for their store. I have never experienced any rude service at this store and will definitely be coming back soon!”
