“Met a wonderful young lady who assisted me with an Online exchange. Julie was extremely pleasant with helping me exchange a sweatshirt that I bought my daughter for Christmas. She went above and beyond when she indicated to me that she knew the item was discounted from the time I bought it and honored the lower price by issuing me a refund for the difference. She could have just done "her job" and processed my exchange, however she left me feeling very happy with the level or service and gained a loyal customer in the process. Thanks Julie and team. “The associate I worked with was very knowledgeable and patient as I informed her on my recent running experiences, pulling different shoes to match my needs, and allowed me to deliberate on which option I thought would be best. She was never pushy on getting me to purchase anything.
I did end up buying a shoe the associate recommended and wore it the next day for a 12 mile run. It was a successful run, eliminating the issue I was experiencing with my previous shoe! Thank you Fleet Feet!”
