Great experience all around with fair prices for what is included. Beyond the great haircut, I also got a shampoo, scalp massage, steam towel for my face, and a styling. All for $25 plus tip.

I am beyond upset about this choppy mess. This can’t be undone, but my son is in middle school and he is refusing to go back and get this fixed bc he’s already pissed about how short it is! These pictures are not even showing the front which is where he would usually put all his effort styling. What the heck Sport Clips!?

I thought they would of have a male stylist according to their instagram page but that's ok. I wish I never came on Saturday to have the hair cut because it was going to take time. I couldn't go to the other newer location so far out. However they did made it right for me. Although the coupon said at both huntersville locations.

Came in to get a haircut by my stylist Dominique and was told she wasn’t there anymore. When I asked if I could know where she went they started to talk bad about her and being I am white they thought it’s was ok to make comments about her and her race. I walked out because imagine if they are speaking that way to me the customer about her what else are they doing to her or others that look like her. I will no longer support this business especially when y’all are prejudice and clearly don’t hold a high standard on professionalism.Service: Haircut

I’ve gotten my hair cut by several different stylists here and the first few actually cared how I wanted my hair to be cut. This last one was the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life.For a hack job that you have to point out unevenness, no quality checks, no confirmation of how much to take off before actually cutting, a poor attitude with excuses for “everything” - go see Madison.She buzzed away on my hair and cut off literally 3 inches of it. When I asked not to take off too much after noticing a lot was being cut off, the excuse was “it has to be short in the back or it won’t blend”. No…You didn’t do your job by confirming how much to take off before hacking away.Afterwards she proceeded to walk ahead to the shampoo area. I looked at the mirror and saw all these uneven areas on the sides of my head and asked her to even it out. Her response, “you know your hair better…etc.”. No…You didn’t do your job by not checking your work.This will be the last time I ever go to this location.Advice to others: Choose your stylist carefully and stick with someone who cares about the quality of their work.Service: Haircut

Always a great experience and this locations new manager is fantastic. The employees are very polite and always willing to make small adjustments at the end of each cut to make sure I walk out fully-satisfied.
