I cannot say enough good things about the crew at the Spited Cyclist in Huntersville. Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. They walked me through multiple options and helped me select the RIGHT bikes for our entire family. A far superior experience compared to the big box stores! Definitely my go-to place for all things bike related moving forward.

It was my first time in and needed a new chain as well as some other items. I had the pleasure of working with Will who met my needs, when above and beyond with finding me the best options, and was friendly and welcoming throughout the whole experience. Great experience visiting Spirited Cyclist! I couldn't get my tubeless tire to hold air, so I been using a tube. I went in to grab a new tube to fix another flat so that could still make it out to a group ride that evening. I spoke with Will and he was able to fix up my wheel so that I could go back to tubeless and had me ready to go in time for my ride!

After visiting 2 other bike shops in the area with bad experiences we stopped by Spirited and were blown away by the exceptional customer service. We were immediately greeted by one of the owners who then started helping us himself. He was respectful of our budget and helped my husband and I pick out the best bikes for what we needed. The staff was incredible and were so quick to get a bike rack and toddler seat assembled and installed for us. They talked us through and demonstrated how to use all of our new equipment. This process took a couple of hours due to everything we were getting, and my 18 month old was pitching a fit for half of it, but the staff was so patient and kind with him. They allowed to have fun in the shop and ride a balance bike. So impressed with every individual in this shop. They have gained loyal customers.

I purchased my ebike from Spirited Cyclist and in January of this year, it died. I took it back to SC and bad luck ensued- no part worked. Person working on my bike left, etc and I have been without a bike since February. When Will and Derrick from the Huntersville office found out what was happening, they jumped in and got my bike to running so I could take a beautiful ride this morning. Thanks to both of these outstanding employees for not giving up and seeing it to the end! Many, many thanks!

Very responsive and knowledgeable service department. Sales floor staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan discussed my bikes needs and got back with a quote in 30 minutes. My bikes have unusual drivetrain setups and the team at The Spirited Cyclist we're completely prepared to fix them. I've had a great experience with The Spirited Cyclist for years.

Highly recommend the Huntersville location! The staff is AMAZING to work with (especially Stephen V) .. they are all very informative and friendly and not pushy at all. Great service center as well!

Adrian, Chris and Carmen took such great care of my son who was shopping for a new bike. Witnessing their incredible customer service and first class effort to set him up with the exact right bike for his budget and needed, I ended up buying myself a new bike. Unprofessional and a ripoff. Almost paid $200 at this place and even worse they were asking for 5 days to have it ready! Decided to call Another store just to check prices and thank God i did! If you Want great customer service and fast? Go to Trek bicycle by Northlake and ask for Seth.

I simply needed some help with my leaky tires and most shops charge at minimum $25 but these guys fixed everything for free and even sold me the correct tires pieces so I won't have to return for awhile. Thanks again......best shop in town!!
