Garden soil mix is wayyy too hot! No bueno. Left is an organic compost. Right is a bucket. Has ruined multiple raised beds.
I read reviews about this issue in the past, but trusted the owner’s response.
I’ve lost the money for soil, labor, plants, and now food.

Very disappointed in our experience at Soil Supply this morning. We have been using this company for years without complaints, but when picking up a load of rocks this morning the bucket from the loader was dropped in our truck and when trying to get it out the side of our truck was damaged by the loader. The loader was very apologetic, but management didn’t seem to care and never offered any apologies or inquired about damage to our vehicle. This has always been our first choice for local landscaping, but not sure if it is worth the risk going forward.

I bought 12 yards of compost from Soil Supply. The delivery was on time, the customer service was great, and the compost was top-notch. Really impressive service.

Bought tons of garden soil for veggies. They said the soil is perfect for planting veggies, etc but the vegetable plants struggled to grow and survive. Yielded no veggies. All neighbors who bought soil from top soil suffered the same problem and complained. We will never return to this place again. Complete Waste of money and effort.Your response given as of Aug 24 2023 is NOT true. Water is not stocked in the bed and dries due to hot sun. The soil we bought from Costco is perfectly fine in similar bed and conditions. Plants have grown well in time. Stop selling poor soil on the name of garden soil.

Tony and team are fantastic. I planed a DIY home landscape project requiring topsoil. It rained all day the day before. I was thrilled when the driver arrived on schedule and the soil was dry. He explained they cover the product being delivered for residential projects. This is huge to avoid the additional water weight and spread ability. Thanks Team!

Excellent experience with Soil Supply! The customer service, super fast delivery and prices can't be beat! Ordered their garden blend soil and it was super rich and soft, not compacted or filled with grit like the big box store varieties. Spoke with Tony about delivery times, and we ordered at 7:30am and it was delivered 2 hours later! I'm a very happy customer and will definitely recommend Soil Supply to everyone!

We reached out to Soil Supply and spoke to Tony about some help with an Eagle Scout project we were doing at a local school in Davidson. Tony and his team were quick to say yes, citing their commitment to supporting good works within the lake norman community. Put simply, Soil Supply’s assistance made it possible for us to completely transform a space that will be enjoyed by an entire school, and we could not be more grateful.
