“They are friendly and helpful every time I go in. There is frequently a line which I am always amazed at how fast the service all of the customers. If the line becomes a bit long I have seen employees from the back step up to help handle the overflow. For how busy they stay and the array of customer requests they employees are always so professional and warm. It is really commendable how consistent they are with their service and efficiency. I am usually only dropping off prepaid and labeled packages which is what this review is based on. I choose to drive out of my way to use them especially during COVID because they are taking COVID precautions all employees wear masks properly and all the customers do as well. I feel safe and comfortable using this Fedex store.”

I had an issue with my prints and she encouraged me to come by so we can line up the concern. She made every effort to make the situation right (during a very busy time mind you) and got me what I needed while servicing the heavy traffic of customers.
