“Good service; during or after hours; prompt. Clean, spacious units and property. The tires on the carts on not well-kept though, they definitely need some air and to be checked regularly. Filled tires can make a already difficult move way easier.

“My husband and I had to get a unit delivered to our house in a pinch. In the middle of a very stressful situation they were a God send!! Everything from picking a size, getting a quote, setting up the delivery date and down the actually delivery they were amazing!! I can't say enough good things about the agent on the phone Corey out of Forest City. He was so good, he broke all the pricing down for me for each size, gave his opinion on what we'd need and got me the best deal he possibly could. Can't forget to give a shoutout to the delivery guy James he was just the best!! I would recommend Pack Rat to anyone needing a unit delivered to your house!!”

“Jason was extremely helpful even if he’s an Alabama fan and I’m a Georgia bulldog. He was getting ready to go on his lunch break when I called and told him that I was on my way up and I needed a new lock. He was so kind that he waited five minutes until I got up there and delayed his lunch and gave me a new lock, and help me out tremendously. He even felt the need to go outside and tell my husband that he was going to help us even though he was an Alabama fan. I love the service and the hospitality and most of all the friendly manner in which he served us. I love this storage facility. Help me out on more than one occasion.”
