Its always a joy to come to Dudley’s place and Rosedale health/wellness with my health concerns. Knowing everyone by name and seeing familiar, jovial faces everytime, really makes me feel at home. I promise they’re becoming an extended family to me. I met Dr.Tommy today as the new doctor on the block and he fit right in. Was able to answer every question i had with clarity and facts, eased any worries on mind and like everyone there, took his time with me as a patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all. It really is a beautiful place to go, truly it is.

Ashley, Maesha, Angelica, and all of the front desk staff are like family to me! After 14 years or more of being a patient at Rosedale, their commitment to excellence is unmatched. I won’t go anywhere else for my care!

Dr. Cruickshank and staff are liars and should not be trusted. His flirtation often feels very awkward and his staff was rude and disrespectful to me.

Such kind people work here and will always call you the day before your appointments with reminders. They also help cover rideshare and insurance if necessary! They truly care about the well being of all of their patients!

If you want a rude, condescending doctor.. this is your place! I have never been treated and spoken so rudely by Dr. Lomboy than any Medical facility in my life. She can be a good doctor but her bedside manor is slim to none. What a very bad chip on her shoulder. There are so many ID doctors in the Charlotte area, please pick another one. Its not fair that a Doctor who YOU are seeking help from will treat you in such a rude manor. I have to say how shady this practice is.. I've seen reviews of this office left by 3 employees..

If you have pressing medical needs or require prompt assistance, run, do not walk, away from this practice. I attended a lab appointment on Jul 19th, was treated rudely by lab staff, and half of the lab information was missing. Today August 30th, not only have I not received any calls or information regarding the lab results or to review them, but I have tried to call the office for the last 3 weeks and all it does is loop through the recordings, ring, and back to the recordings. Don't even get me started on how poorly my husband was treated. Pretty scary when you get ghosted by a doctor's office. This place is going to kill someone.

I’ve heard great things about this office. My partner is a patient here and I really wanted to become a patient as well. Sadly, I have literally called this office every week for 5 weeks. Every time I call it’s either, the lady that makes the appointments is not available, in a meeting or will call me right back. I’ve been promised a callback serval times and never receive one. At this point I am disappointed and will being to search for another primary care doctor.

Non-Profit side of Rosedale Medical Dudley's Place named after the best medical care and coolest doctor on planet pet dog ? Dudley. Offers nutritional and wellness care, Food vouchers, home supplies, support and other needed community services. Every staff member really cares and it shows a reflection from top Dr. C. down. A+++

for a place that has these types of reviews i dont understand why you couldn't get me schduel then on the second schdule placed me out 2weeks im sure they don't care for people like me. b/c it would show with better timing literally dieing in this cold but have to wait on the one female of ryan white. im tired of being treated like a da number but no choice just got to wait.

All the staff at Rosedale are phenomenal, from the physicians to the nurses and even Nathan in the pharmacy. I've worked with all the physicians here at least a few times, but most of my experience has been with Dr.Lomboy who is incredibly compassionate and informed (she even remembers things about my bf and my life that I forget between visits) and her assistant Misha who is probably the most competent and informed nurse I've ever had. I moved about 3 years ago and I still travel about 90 minutes for every doctor visit just to come here and see my doctor's. Very great phlebotomists as well! Never a bad time with blood work.
