Upon request, our salesperson (John Helms) sent a detailed video of the vehicle, and then brought it to the house for a test drive. I felt the salesperson was attentive to what we were trying to accomplish in terms of budget and was very familiar with the different features of the vehicle. The overall experience was very good.

Damion is the worse.I called up there on 7th of September for a silver 2022 charger sxt with 9 thousand miles on it, (now that I think about it yall probably didn't even have the damn car on the lott) Damion the genaral manger talked to me on the phone on the 7th and said come to the dealership the next day the 8th @ 2:30 to look at the car. I arrive at the dealership @ 2:30 another associate goes inside to get Damion for me, I never see Damion STILL DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE LOOKS LIKE. He sends the other associate back out to me to tell me it's been sold...Damion you could've at least been man enough to step out your office and to tell me "sorry for the inconvenience"...don't waste your time here. They have traps (fake cars that aren't on the lott, for a good deal to get you to come down there),YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. SHAME ON YOU DAMION TRYNA PLAY NICE GUY ON THE PHONE BUT COULDNT EVEN TELL ME TO MY FACE YOU SOLD THE CAR, I called up there the 7th you told me come the next day the 8th at 2:30, you could've at least called and told me you sold the freakin car instead of having me drive 30 minutes to you just to be told that by some low level employee.

Henry C. did an amazing job helping buy my car. He was very attentive and gave me exactly what I was looking for even in price. I could tell when I walked in that I was in good hands. Everything went very well. Really like the dealership from being spacious to very clean. Service and Parts departments were good to work with. Reggie my sales guy was phenomenal and Steve Rogers is whom I had been in contact with before ever visiting. Steve was great in my pre work and in going over the vehicle with me in meticulous detail post purchase

The best experience I’ve had at a dealership. No haggling, no gimmicks just straight professionalism. My wife was working and I wouldn’t be able to pickup the vehicle till after 5pm but Steve Rogers & Noah Moon personally delivered the truck to me and brought the rest of the paperwork for my wife to sign. They didn’t have to do that but went above and beyond. Great sales team and wonderful professionalism!! Definitely would recommend others to go and shop for vehicles at Randy Marion Buick GMC Huntersville.

I dealt with Joe Hansen at the Randy Marion Buick dealership in Huntersville and I absolutely couldn't have been happier with my experience. Joe Hansen made my experience so enjoyable and got all the paperwork done extremely quickly, got my truck ready to go while the paperwork was being handled. If you go to this dealership I would 100% want to deal with Joe Hansen. Very competent and sharp.

Went to dealership on 9/16/2023 for an oil change I asked mellow when getting an oil change do you guys top off? Fluids was told yes I get my truck back. I drive home and my fans come on in the front of the truck so lift my hood to check they didn’t top off fluids I called him to tell him that they didn’t top off fluids was told was going to check and call me never called back . I had to go buy a whole bottle of Dex coolant and they also check to see if I needed a filter and left a screw out now I have to go by the screw to put back in there. I will never come back there to get my truck worked on again and I bought it from you guys came there on a Saturday felt like I was just overlook. Wanted to get my truck out of there so they can go home.

Had a very good experience here thanks to Steve Rogers! He helped me get into a Hyundai Kona after two days of searching for a car with little luck. Steve was attentive, straightforward and honest with us, which are words I rarely use for car salesmen! He spent the better part of an afternoon with me and my family so that we could make an informed decision while making the process as painless as possible for us. All in all I'm very happy with my experience here thanks to him.

A worst service experience.Spend thousands of dollars on 2017 Buick Enclave with low mileage at this facility. Had to approach GMC and they directed this facility to do steering job with parts under warranty with deductible. Six months after the service, every time vehicle brought in for oil change service, they were recommending the same job to be done again. Talked to service manager who lacks basic character, no respect to customer, swinging back and forth on his chair while customer standing. Answer to questions were childish, according to him replaced OEM parts have no warranty and can go bad next day.Had been to another dealership in other state, was confirmed that no parts replaced and the estimate is almost half of this facility quoted. Made payments for the undelivered service.Stop my business to them and going to other dealerships.Should stop Flooding mailbox with mailers (print and electronic).

I recently did an online application for the Envista. Steve Rogers contacted me and advised that I was approved. They didn't have the color I wanted, Copper Ice, but Steve diligently worked to find it for me and get it to their lot. I picked it up yesterday and it was even more beautiful in person. When I arrived, my car had been washed, backed in and ready for me! I cried probably three times in his presence because I was so overwhelmed with joy! Thank you Steve! You two guys really took care of my crybaby behind,LoL!

First time buyer here && My experience was beyond wonderful with Joe! From beginning to end I felt welcomed and heard. Joe didn’t force anything on me and listened to everything I wanted in a SUV.
