Whoever you have making your subs should be fired. Waiting 30-40 minutes for a sandwich is insane. This isn’t a one off situation either. This happens almost every time. Ridiculous.

I like Publix because they have a wide variety of groceries and great staff. Let me be a little more specific. I went in this past weekend to pick up a particularly hard to find meat cut and the butcher went back in the freezer and pulled one out for me. I think that's what sets them apart from other grocery stores. What else can I say except give them a try.

It's a regular Publix, no great excitement. No one goes out of their way to welcome you really unless you start up a conversation with them. I found some pleasant people here by being the first to say hello! The only problem I have with this store is that it seems they don't order enough stock or something. Maybe just the things I use? I don't know. I always have at least a few things missing. My favorite 2 brands of coconut water are always out of stock 3 out of 4 times.

I live close by this Publix and have to say I am so impressed time and time again by the service here! Today I was shopping with my boyfriend and part of our order was matcha for some scallops for dinner. This is the second time within the year (don’t know how I remember this) that the matcha has either been low stock and moved/put in the wrong place or moved by customers. It’s confusing as some are organic and some aren’t so if the matcha is in front of the label and it’s organic, I assume that’s the price, as I move fast. Well, I was sure the price was lower than $16 and our cashier Elijah and Justice were patient and kind even after I offered to go back and check. He was amenable to the customer and had good customer support as he met the claimed price I mentioned. The customer is always right mentality/ or being kind when customers question things is paramount- coming from a girlie who used to work for Nordstrom I know good customer service ;) which is why we chose Publix time and time again. Thank you for your wonderful service. We love Publix. Britni and Ethan

I love Publix, but will not shop at this Publix. Their Deli employees are horrible. Their deli tasks are more important than servicing their customers. Not to mention the majority of the deli employees are rude!

Called today customer service desk - to ask if the store had a particular product in stock. After a lengthy hold was told “it says there are 6 in stock “. I said great we’ll be over to get what I need. Arrived and searched and couldn’t find them. I asked for assistance and was told… we don’t have it. Not helpful.
