We have been patients with this office for well over 20 years and now are being released due to financial hardship. We always get are our bills paid by the end of year but since they have put Mary in financial she very demanding and not understanding at all. This is certainly going to be the reuin of this business. My entire family goes here so now we are going to have to find a new family practice.
They gave us 30 days to come in if needed for any appointments but when I’ve called of course they have no appointments. So we’ve been left being sick and not able to get refills.
This is very poor business. I used to think a lot of this office but not anymore. When you truly start putting money before health this is ridiculous. Especially when we always paid before the year was end. Just goes to show you how the world is going.

Horrible doctors office. You try to make an appointment when you are sick and they make you wait a month before they can even get you in and then they bump your appointment a day before you’re supposed to go in. The owner/doctor Stacy le does not want to do her job she just wants to send you off to specialty doctors all the time because she gets money from it. The front desk woman Etta is extremely rude and always ask for money even if you don’t owe them anything ( she’s probably pockets it for herself). I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy. This place needs to be shut down!!!

I've been going to this practice for about a year now and they always exceed my expectations. Dr. Le and Stacy Mullet NP are the best at listening and addressing all concerns. Both of them are thorough and very knowledgeable. All the staff are warm and friendly and I never wait long to be seen.

I love my doctor's office. It's a great feeling to feel like family. The doctors are very good and I love the nurse named Cindy. She is so good and warm that sometimes her approach to me when I was sick made me very emotional. glad they are!

Very disappointed with the receptionist staff.Over the phone the lady seems to be so mean.First of all I wanted appointment for dr. Stacy mullet.She gave me appointment almost after 2 months as i requested her to gave me appointment within 15 days but she refused it n said Stacy mullet is not available.I desperately need this appointment as i have many issues going on related with my physical health.I request her so many time if there’ll be anytime any slot available within 10-15 days please gave me but she refused it in harsh words n said you had this day appointment only do you want to take it or not so without any hustle i took it.Now on the day of the appointment i was running late by 25 mins due to some reason and 30 mins before my appointment I call to office desk n requested her not to cancel my appointment n she refused my request.I told her i am on my way to the clinic n the clinic is like almost 1 hr distance from my place.I told her I will wait but she refused n set another appointment for me.I was feeling so sad n disappointed.

Dr. Le and all of her staff were beyond amazing from start to finish! Dr. Le made sure to listen and address all my questions and concerns and the nurses were so pleasant to speak with and were very caring. The receptionist was so perfect and warm during check in and check out. I will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a physician and I am so glad to found a facility that I trust.

This practice decided to tell me I was not a patient anymore without any explanation, tried to call back over five times and they picked up and then hung up on me over and over again. I don’t understand why you can’t just explain to a patient what’s going on or why you don’t want to have me as a patient anymore especially someone that’s been your patient for over 17 years. So, I think overall that this practice does not want to offer you the best help you can get and does not want to have anybody else help with them in doing so. Best of luck! Oh, Edna is the best even though she wants to ignore calls and hang up on you! How can someone fake being so incredibly caring about you when in reality they could care less?! I pray and hope my mother realizes how they have treated her daughter and she finally leaves as well. Good riddance and good luck.

Stacy Mullett is excellent. I feel heard and she takes her time. I don't feel rushed. She not only asks how I am doing physically. Rather she probes to get a sense of how I am doing all the way around. A very wholistic approach. I highly recommend her if you are seeking an "Old fashioned, caring approach" to your health. I have been a patient of Progressive for 7 years now and I am very happy. Stacy reviews my labs and we come up with a strategy for improvement. Thank you Stacy!

I have been a patient at this medical practice for a very long time and highly recommend. I always feel "heard" and they do more than just take vitals and rush through appointments. They honestly take their time and care.

I have never gone to physician who is more knowledgeable, caring and available. Dr. Le is surely a no nonsense kind of person and I love that about her. I've never left an appointment without all my questions being answered. Dr. Le is well connected in the area and quickly referred me to a hip replacement specialist because my pain was horrific and I had a bad experience with an orthopedic group previously. Dr. Le referred me to Dr. Suprock who did 2 hip replacements for me in less than 8 months. I am like new and couldn't be happier with her sense of urgency yet she takes time with you. I happen to prefer a female primary care Physician, I can't praise her enough.

Seeing Dr Stacy Le was a horrible experience. She is the most judge mental and rude Dr I have ever encountered. I certainly expected better after always having such positive interactions in this office with Stacy M., as well as Etta, Deidre and the Medical Assistants. Dr Le was very arrogant and rude and I would definitely suggest you not waste your time.

It is a membership based service. You pay yearly fee to get treatment. Otherwise, you can only see PA, not medical doctor. Also they are not familiar with what is covered in the annual physical lab test in general. So, you better know what you want and tell the doctor to order the tests, otherwise, you are either not taking the benefit of free lab work you entitled or you are getting charged for items are not covered. I mean this is true for all doctors and insurances, but most of the doctors have some basic idea of what are covered by the majority of insurance companies. But not in this office. So if you do not ask for it, they will not test it. Better know what lab works are covered by your insurance in detail before come to this office.

Dr. Stacy Le is the first doctor that has taken the time to listen, and understand what I needed to become more healthy and happy. She and her staff are a Godsend to me and I feel blessed to have found them.

Stacey Mullet is a NP at this practice. My family and I love her so much. She does such a thorough exam on each person and sincerely cares. NP Mullet takes the time to get to know you. One can tell she is not there just to “treat and release,” she really wants to find out what the underline issue is. She’s not happy just putting a band aid on your concerns. Bottom line, she loves her job and is very well at it.
