Where do I begin? Chantal Donofrio was literally the epitome of amazing! Great communicator -HUGE plus for me! She was very detailed in all things communication/correspondence: emails, texts, phone, etc. Consistently responds in a timely fashion without you having to chase her down.I immediately felt like this buying and selling process was in great hands with her. Chantal was incredible to work with and she really made the selling of my old home and purchase of my new home fun! Renee Hornor was so helpful, thorough and professional during the entire home selling process. She kept us informed, in a timely manner, about the status of the home sale. Words really cannot express how amazing our realtor Pam Langford is. Very professional and very knowledgeable about realty. This was a very stressful time for me and my husband but she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and made sure that we were satisfied. Brittany was proactive in keeping me informed during each phase of the purchase process. She used her extensive knowledge and experience to advise me, and she successfully negotiated with the extremely uncooperative seller’s agent to get the best deal possible to conclude the sale. She also kept me updated as the loan process progressed. Brittany didn’t hesitate to be appropriately aggressive on my behalf when it was necessary.Because of her work last year when I sold my home I didn’t hesitate to call her when I decided to make a purchase. In that transaction, Brittany advised me the best way to negotiate to get the price I wanted and worked to minimize the discomfort and anxiety related to any real estate transaction. I have recommended her to friends who were in need of an agent and will continue to do so.
