Great and prompt customer service. They took bunch of visits to resolve one transmission issue which I think might have avoided and resolved in second or third visit. But otherwise great service.

I am very happy with OTY JOHN . They charged me lower for oil and rotating tires than Randy Marion Mooresvilles. They also had the mat ready for my suburban 2022 and also did my recall for heated steering wheel .

I'm still not sure since you barely have an hour to check on the repair of my car. I spent more than $2000 dollars on repairs and I hope you don't have any problems.
