I am very bothered. I went in with my mom to get our hair done with JENNIFER GILLIS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER. She is extremely unprofessional & rude. My mom & I walked in at our set appointment time & we were walking around the place looking for our stylist. She didn’t find us, welcome us in or anything! She eventually found us & then had us walk into her booth. I sat down. I decided I wanted something different so I chose balayage. She told me “I didn’t pencil you in for that. I don’t have enough time for that” in a nasty manner. She didn’t want to take care of us or make sure we felt good. She was extremely out of line. She then proceeded to tell us to leave. My mom is a nurse in the community & I have a huge following online. She has no idea who she’s taking care of out here. It’s a shame. Moral of the story, don’t even waste your precious time.

Panache has individual small salons, so my experience is only with Holly Bernier. As am amazing stylist, whom I have been going to for over 10 years.The building itself is always clean, well lit inside, plenty of parking and had clean bathrooms.

There are several styling studios I Panache, but I always go to Ouro for my hair cut. Hip place, very friendly and always have a great haircut when leaving.
