This is for all truck drivers specially for owners oprator please by any means if you see this review and all up there avoid this place. This place is a truckers nightmare, My experience is this on I got there about 1:15 for 2pm appointment, the check in process it takes 25 minutes because of pu# issue. Finally got the door to drop Trl & disconnect. It takes them 5hr to load the trl. Next day i found out 2 big holes in trl roof & it's cost me $400 out of .my pocket. I was there in the warehouse when the recever unload the trl see on my eyes sun light shine everywhere from long distance. Please be aware this place. & Avoid by any means specifically for owners oprator.

I had 12.00 appt. They allowed me to check in earlier. Checked in at 10.30 am checked out at 13.50 pm.

Appointment was at 13:00 arrived at 12:20 p.m was told they are on lunch comeback in half an hour. The whole process took six hours just for some paper cups.

The worst place to pickup they make you wait for 8 hours no respect for drivers time. Appointment 12:00pm right now is 7:00pm I'm still waiting

My experience of this place is I ran on the Pactiv account from 2016-2017. I had to bring an empty trailer and take a load, tandems to the rear, etc. Most times, my load was ready to go no problem. Then, I would pickup loaded trailers that have flat tires, bolts in the tires, the trailers were too close to pull out, etc. Sometimes, shipping didn't have the load ready at all and that would mess up my hours to run to the next pactiv location. All in all, there were good people in their shipping/dispatch area but how the warehouse was managed and how the drop area was maintained could have been better.

This is a drop trailer facility , they DO NOT do live unloads.Checked in at 7am, it is 4:27pm and I am still here.I am not the only one , since the morning , there’s been about 15 trucks total that has been sitting for a ton of time, for about 50+ dock facility, that math doesn’t really add up unless there’s one forklift operator for the whole facility.If you need to do your 10 hour sleeper , or 34 hour reset, this is the place for you.If you have other shipments or a reload , please for your own sake , STAY AWAY!

got there 11 am for appointment at 1 pm got dock door at 2 and 2 hours later my trailer still empty..

Arrived on a Wednesday at 1130a for a 2p appt. Immediately given a dock door, gone by 4 24pm. Absolutely no excuse

8.15.22This place is no good. I got here at 645am for a 800am appointment. At 900 I went in the office to be told that they were staging me. I went back in the office at 1030am and was told they were halfway done by the supervisor that looks like he's on steroids literally. I went to my trailer and stuck my phone threw the rear of the trailer and it was totally empty. I wish I could share the video. Never will I come back here. Taking long and being lied to by supervisors. Noone is to be trusted. Wish I could give them a 0. Till waiting at 1130am. WOW

I was nervous after reading all the negative reviews but guess I’m a lucky one. Checked in a little before 8am for a 10 am appointment and had bills in my hand at 9:50am and was on my way.
