First visit for a pedicure.
Pros:: clean and organized
Pedicure was well done
-Cons: no mani/pedi combo offered.
-Basic pedicure doesn’t include exfoliation. $30
-3% charge for credit/ debits and you can’t tip on a card.
-Water, juice and other drinks are advertised and were offered to patrons around me but I was not asked if I wanted anything to drink. They were white and I’m not.

People were friendly however they are not very personable. I wasn’t given any options on pedicure services. Got a mani pedi for a reasonable price, but skipped steps or did not include in basic services. It wasn’t terrible but I’ve had better results with someone doing this service from home. Don’t know if I would recommend in the future.

I came into the establishment to get 3 pedicures and 1 full set. We were rudely greeted by the Asian man with all the tattoos and told to have a seat. We sat for over ten minutes no one said a word moments lady walked in and the Asian man stood to politely and excitedly greet the lady and began her services. Needless to say we will not be back. You all are racist. The last time we came and received the same services one of the workers approached me and said my baby look like her grandkids they was the same. And went on to hint her grandson like girls. I didn’t understand where the conversation was going until she showed her biracial grandchildren. My child isn’t biracial. Take some advice and stop living in the time where blacks are poor get a grip put aside you all prejudice way and run a business.

Great service! I took my 3 year old to get her nails painted for a little treat and they were so pacient with her even though they had to go back over it because she was having a hard time being still.

I took my girls here to treat them for daddy daughter dance. My 8 year old wants to leave a review: I think it's really good because they give you a drink and a massage and made no mistakes

Honestly I don’t know how this nail salon is still open. Experienced horrible customer service myself twice and my mom did too a separate time. We gave this place a few chances because it’s so close to home but I will literally drive out of state for nails before coming here. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

When I was picking my color a tech came over to ask if I needed help. I showed her the inspiration photo (see attached) she said she had that color at her chair and I could go sit down.As she started I noticed the tips that were being used were the wrong size (see photo) but she said it was fine and they’d “fill” with acrylic.When it was time for color I said the color seemed much darker than the picture and asked if the chrome would lighten it enough to match the photo.I was told it would look like photo, but it definitely does not and they are very sloppy.Note that I did ask for a different shape than photo.

!!!***AVOID THIS PLACE***!!!
What In the Actual F is this place? First i walked in with no greeting… understandable they were busy. The younger girl doing my nails was rude and rushed me after 2 seconds of looking at polishes, she asked me to put the nail polish back as if i was going to steal it… when i was just setting it to the side to decide on a color. She stood shoulder to shoulder with me just watching me pick my color… I asked for a manicure and they completely messed up the shape of my nails. The lady said it was just in my head ? lol nope it definitely wasnt, my nails look like sailboats now! Lol anyway she was annoyed that she had to take my polish off. I asked her to just stop doing my nails all together And then the younger girl left my toes all messed up. I told her the polish was chunky and she just said no its not and continued… ?? felt like a twilight zone lol
Anyway needless to say, dont come here.
This has to be like a front for some thing else because NO ONE here knew how to do nails! I’m actually in shock how bad it was!

Update: The funky attitudes we received on 2 separate occasions is enough for me. Also, not greeting customers with a Hello will keep MY dollars out of their pockets.
