I visted the Huntersville store. I bought several items and asked the lady behind the counter if it didn't fit
could I return. She said yes within 7 days that was it. It would have been nice for
her to also let me know you would only get a store credit. I assumed if she did I would not have bought it. Yes the return policy is on the counter, but I just trusted she would have verbally told me since I asked her point blank. We'll I'll use my credit and not another dime will I spend. Buyers beware!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!Rude and obnoxious treatment by Veronica a employee. Raised her voice the minute I stated I had a return. Very unprofessional.

Poor customer service, wasn't friendly, didn't smile and most certainly did not inform us of their NO REFUND policy at the time purchase. Exchanges or store credits only. After my experience there I gave them back their jeans and they still kept my money! I will never shop there again and would never recommend this store to anyone else.

I went in the store for the first time last Thursday!! Amazing customer service!! Wonderful merchandise... from unique gifts, pretty jewelry pieces, and clothing I could buy one if each..... absolutely felt right at home!! Great boutique in various locations plus offering online purchases and live Facebook nights.... thanks for opening such an amazing boutique!!

I love to shop at Molly Malone’s. It is a great place to find Christmas and birthday gifts. Their selection of clothes, jewelry, and gifts never disappoints. I greatly appreciated Brenna’s help today! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I got my hair cut and then went into the store to browse. Brenna was very helpful finding me sizes and bringing the clothes into the fitting room area. I ended up purchasing two tops this time. It is a great boutique!

The boutique owner is fabulous. The store I visited didn't have the shoe size I was looking for and I was only in town for one more day before going back home (out of state). She contacted me and delivered the shoes (from another store location) right to my hotel! Excellent customer service. The store location in Huntersville was incorrect when using apple maps but I found it next to the Target.

Love the new store location! Easy access and parking (and right by Target)! It's always fun to stop in and check out the latest in fashion and gifts. And extra bonus - the staff is super helpful and friendly!
