“I came up here between 11:30a-12noon today because my phone wasn't allowing me to view received text messages nor was it allowing me to send text messages and my Gmail app wouldn't open either. The gentleman working assisted me with the issue and resolved the issue . He was also very friendly and efficient.”

My professionals (Chad and Carlos, I believe), were perfectly on time, professional, efficient, and all-in-all pleasant to be around for about 45 minutes or so. “Upon revisiting this location for upgrades to our cellular service to the family plan, we were assisted by Joanna and Elias. Joanna assisted us the previous Sunday, and informed us of every detail and worked to assure us the best discount.Today we returned to finalize our account, and was assisted by Elias. He worked tirelessly through some of the technical/server related issues, to make sure our account was set and ready to go correctly. Joanna was also working today to help during the process.They were so nice, professional, and awesome; I will definitely return to this location for all future business concerning my Cricket account.”
“I've been sitting outside of T-Mobile on sugar Creek road since 9:57 a.m. it's now 10:08 and nobody has come to open this store. It's extremely unprofessional, especially in neighborhoods like ours. It says that you don't have to try hard or you can be insufficient with what you're doing and it's expected because of the type of neighborhood and area that it is. It's really unfortunate and I feel like something really should be done about this because this store should have been open 10 minutes ago now and it's not and then you're losing money because I came here to purchase a phone todayUpdate. So after they came I spoke with Omar super nice guy. At the end of the day I walked out with a really good deal on a phone and I got a second phone actually. So definitely commend them for the customer service and for that I will switch my review to four Stars”

We have been an AT&T customer for well over 10 years and we have never had such a productive and pleasant experience in any other AT&T store. Our initial issue which took a significant amount of research was resolved and we ended up purchasing three new iPhones, two new iPads and lots of accessories!”
