My wife and I initially planned to buy our mattress online after doing some research, but our visit to the store completely changed that. Leo’s assistance was invaluable in helping us find the perfect mattress. Not only did we get exactly what we needed at a great price, but the entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I was fully satisfied and eagerly awaiting delivery of our new mattress.

Leo was amazing! He was very insightful about all of the products and throughly explained everything. He was very patient with my indecisiveness, knowledgeable and one of the most friendly and coolest people I’ve dealt with in customer service in my 32 years of living. He answered every question I had and if he didn’t have the answer he made sure he found it. I think he showed an exceptional example of how customer service should be. To be only 22 he has phenomenal drive and initiative. If I owned my own business he would definitely be someone I wanted on my team. He truly went above and beyond. I’m confident he will go on to do great things in his lifetime. I appreciate it Leo, I’m loving my Temperpedic w/Pro smart base. You didn’t oversell one bit on how comfortable and functional it is. Best investment I’ve made here recently. Give that man a raise and a promotion seriously.
