The worst customer service on earth these people could care less about the customer and customer service I tried to get blinds and a new kitchen measuring and after two hours of measuring and pictures they called me back the next day and said they lost the pictures and needed to return. I also bought blinds what a horrible experience can’t get anyone to come out to install.

Lowe's has always been on top of their game. They wrote the book on being professional, knowledgeable about their products and kind, a very important factor in my eyes.

Horrible customer service when dealing with a warranty issue on a craftsman weed eater. No one could help or give a straight or correct answer. Tried to talk to a manager and got blown off. Was just given a phone number.
