Over the course of our careers, my wife and I have known and worked with many tax professionals. Jay Lesemann is the best tax expert we’ve ever worked with! My wife is a CPA and senior executive and I’m a former Deloitte partner and CFO. Jay worked with us about 10 years ago on some complex tax issues. When we needed advice and help on a recent state tax issue, our experience with Jay made it a no-brainer to reengage him. He took a situation where we’d been stuck in a years-long loop with the NC Department of Revenue and quickly got a favorable resolution. What a relief! Jay was always available when we needed to discuss the problem. With the tax return software available today, it seems fairly simple to complete a tax return and handle your own tax problems. We won't make that mistake again.

Overpriced for what you get. If you are a small business you get over looked by larger clients and returns are delayed. Communication is poor and service is poor for the price.
