I had a positive pedicure experience with Becky a week before, so I asked the front desk attendant whom he would recommend for an acrylic fill, specifically for someone who is rough with her hands (I'm a weightlifter) and needs her nails to withstand use for 4 weeks. He recommended Ally or Michelle. Based on availabilty, I booked online with Ally. When I met Ally and told her what I wanted, she told me that they don't really do acrylic color powder (despite the fact that they have acrylic color powder); they use clear acrylic powder, then gel on top. Additionally, she could only guarantee my nails would last for three weeks because that was standard (I think this speaks more to her technique, as I've been wearing acrylic nails for over a decade and wear them for 4 weeks). I had selected a light color powder and was wearing a dark powder so I asked for a soak off. She informed me that I didn't book enough time for a soak off and she had another appointment coming, so she would get someone else to take me. This, I totally understand, and I could have picked a dark color instead, but she didn't make that recommendation, and clearly didn't want to assist me, so I went with her preference to pass me off. Amy assisted me instead. She was kind and sought my feedback throughout the process, and did a good job. All said and done, my total was $75 (excluding tip). For the price of services, and based on my prior experience, I expected better customer service from Ally rather than the irritation and dismissal I received. Thanks to Becky and Amy for delivering on that.

All of the nail techs are talented. Kevin is my nail tech and he always does a good job.
Requested style: I got a fill in. Kevin always makes sure that my nails do not lift.

Stylist: My tech is always Michelle. I have been going to her for over 4 years now. She is fast and efficient, perfectionist and never disappoints. I don't trust anyone else with my nails, toes or eyebrows. I refer everyone that is looking for services to her!

Jenny and Kevin are excellent. Experts at their craft, I always walk away with not only a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but also a very thorough and long lasting manicure and pedicure. I have become a regular and request them specifically. I highly recommend both of them! Suri also recently collaborated with Jenny and did my pedicure. Very friendly and professional! I’ve come to this salon for approximately 10 years and will continue.

Tech was good… but waited 15 from appointment time. Not very relaxing. You need a full time front desk receptionist. Tech should not have to keep getting up from the pedi to check people in.

Lee Nails Spa & Bar is great. My daughter took me for Mother's Day and I have been there 3 times since.
They recommended a strong gel treatment on my nails and I really like it. It holds up well, even with all the gardening I do.
I love how clean,fresh and modern the interior is. They really creat a nice spa like atmosphere. The online scheduling is SO convenient and easy!
It's a hidden gem and I highly recommend!

My experience at this salon was great. Everyone was polite and friendly.
Requested style: I got acrylic fill in with gel polish and design. I also got a Pedicure with regular polish.
Cleanliness: The salon was very clean.
Stylist: My nail tech Suri did a great job on my the shape and the design of my nails. Suri very friendly. and professional.

How was my service, not good. This was only my second visit and I will let the pics spfor them selves. The French tip was rushed and uneven and my cuticles are red and sore based on the file that was used. Not going to speak down on everyone as there are some very talented technicians I just did not get one today.
The only reason I gave 2 stars was based on my pedicure.

I’ve been to this salon twice now and will definitely be back. Everything is beautiful and clean and I love that I can make an online appointment. My technician was Nina, and she was the best I’ve been to anywhere.
