Carrie was FANTASTIC! I came in at closing desperate for a prescription my insurance denied before vacation !! They had me walking out in 5 minutes with it in my hand for cheaper than my insurance would have even offered!! Plus doubling my supply to last for my whole trip!! THANK YOU!!! This pharmacy is absolutely amazing. I used Walgreens before and they never had my medication. I needed Isotretinoin and used to drive to other locations, feeling like I am the only person in my area using this medication. Those who don’t know, for Isotretinoin there is a limited time to obtain the medication, you have to fill out questionnaire online, so does your doctor and pharmacy. Bad experience with previous pharmacy in every possible way: pharmacy tech doesn’t know how to use the system, problems with insurance communication, meds not in stock, broken register! Lakeside Pharmacy is a miracle! I got a call from them within the first hour after leaving my dermatologist, who recommended them. They already had ALL my information, my insurance, my prescription. The medication was send out the same day. Very polite, helpful staff. I can’t help but feeling WOWed every time I need their help. Excellent communication, phenomenal system management! Love you guys!

Lakeside Pharmacy and Tonya Davis are so helpful and efficient. My son receives a prescription through the mail from them and even though my experience with them is only through text, they are personable, helpful and quite organized. I highly recommend

I needed a refill to be completed but they were out of stock. The Pharmacist went out of her way and called several local locations to get it filled but without success. The Pharmacist was able to locate it in Mooresville drove there, picked it up, and brought it back to Huntersville so I wouldn’t have to go to Mooresville.Great Customer Services, Greetings, and kindness.

Lakeside Pharmacy is the answer to the question "Is there a place I can get my medication filled that still treats me like a human?". Kairi is absolutely wonderful. She has helped resolve issues with prescribers, and is on point and just crushing it every time I've been in to pick up our family's prescriptions.It's a breath of fresh air to no longer feel like just another person in line at a big chain pharmacy. The customer service at Lakeside Pharmacy is second to none.

Called 3 times and got 3 different stories about my prescriptions. A week later and I still don’t have them or a straight answer about where they are. Got a text 5 days ago they had shipped. Then told out of stock. Then told they would be here yesterday. Will advise my Dr. To never use them for my prescriptions again. Oh, and they’ve already charged me for the medications that I don’t have!**Spoke with the pharmacist who clarified what was going on and just received prescriptions today.

My daughter’s dermatologist uses Lakeside for her medication. This little pharmacy has saved us a lot of money. The people I have spoken to on the phone is very kind. Her medication is mailed and always on time!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE!I am usually the type of person to not leave a review but I had to this time. I had called them in the morning to ask if they accept Apple Pay, they said yes. I show up to pick up my prescriptions and everything was good until I paid for my prescriptions. I paid with Apple Pay and it went through, the lady at the register even asked me if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. I guess she couldn’t print it out or something happened with their system and had to go talk to a lady that was behind the counter. They asked for the last four numbers of the card I paid with and they couldn’t find it. The lady comes back and tried to get me to pay for it again. I said no, it had been approved and it had gone through. It had even said approved on their keypad and it also said approved in my Apple Pay wallet and the transaction went through in my husband’s bank account. She went back to let the lady know what I had said. I can overhear the other lady say “really? was it today?” basically being a smart a**, Then she comes to where I was at and asks me to show her and I did, then they involve another person and showed him the approved transaction that was on my Apple Pay wallet. He then asks if I have the physical card with me, obviously I don’t that’s why I paid with Apple Pay. He said something along the lines that apple pay can decode a card. Never heard of that, especially since we have to enter our debit card information manually on Apple Pay in order to have access to it and use Apple Pay with it. I was already frustrated. I tell him that i was just going to call my husband and make sure that it was the correct last four numbers of his card and guess what! It was, although I already knew that. I told him it was the correct last four numbers of the card and it did go through in the bank account. I could tell that they didn’t believe me although I had proof of purchase on my phone. He then decided to print a receipt out and finally gave me my medications. I drove about 30 minutes away just to deal with all of that.

Lakeside Pharmacy has been so helpful. We needed a specific medicine for my child. We not only saved money but on several occasions that I couldn't drive the commute to get their they shipped it to me! They made it so convenient! When my child needed additional medicines I was able to text them to make sure he could take medicines together. Quick responses on exactly what I needed to know. Thank you for being so helpful! You guys are the best!

This pharmacy is by far the most efficient pharmacy I’ve dealt with in 20 years! They receive the prescription and immediately notify you on when it will be delivered! They deliver the scripts fast! Highly recommend them and significantly cheaper than anywhere else!! Thank you Lakeside!!!

I had my prescription delivered to the wrong apartment with all of my personal information on the package....D.O.B...name of medicine...my phone number...etc.....As soon as my prescription runs out...I will not be using them anymore...I will just do over the counter for now....Very unprofessional......that's how criminals get your information for Big mistakes like this...SMH Lakeside Pharmacy.... 9615 Sherrill Estates Rd Ste B.. This pharmacy was such a pleasant experience. The people that assisted from the cashier to the pharmacy Tech were so pleasant and helpful. They gave me a coupon for my prescription and even recommended a few things due to the side effects of my prescription. Would not hesitate to return here for future prescription refills.

Called regarding my prescription. Person act like it was a chore to speak with me. She would barely let me speak and kept saying insurance didn’t cover. Trying to ask about coupon Dr gave me and she said “I know” and cut me off. Didn’t get my questions answered. For instance, did both insurances deny? Is there anything I can do to get the insurance to pay, prior authorization, etc. Totally dismissive.

These guys need to get it together. Claims medications are both ready, nope! Proceeds to tell me insurance won’t pay anything for the medication. Just got off the phone with my insurance, turns out they do. Guess I’m not going to be getting my meds here! Can’t support stupid. ??
