I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Radley and the team at LakeCross! I really appreciate their upfront pricing, their trauma informed approach, and the care that they give to my dog Rooster! I was very nervous to find a new veterinarian in the area after having a few bad experiences locally and I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have I found this place. Not only did they let you stay with your dog for most of the appointment which is really important to me but they have a very soft approach and didn’t at all make me feel like I was being rushed out. 10/10 would recommend to literally everyone I meet! Thank you for taking care of me and my dog!

Our dog is always in the best hands (paws?!) at LakeCross Veterinary Hospital. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. And their canine greeting corps (Bella and Sunshine) are the icing on the cake!

The business has changed. Took my elderly dog in to have tumors looked at. $400 worth of tests and two visits later and they want to talk about his diet, but not one test or answer about the tumors. The practice administrator is toxic. Gaslighting and blaming me for looking after my best friend and wanting answers about his tumors/cancer and stating "it was an easy fix if you'd let us" after telling me they would deny future services. That's fine, I don't want to know what it would have cost just to get to the $1600 quote to remove a tumor on his tail. This is not the establishment it used to be. They have completely lost their way. They will charge you through the nose for every little thing, not give you feedback or consultation and scare you over unrelated issues just to charge for more procedures. They aren't the same, all the good vets left.

I have been taking my pets here since Dec 2004. The service used to be fantastic up until about 2 years ago. Now the customer service...well there is not ANY!. Ever since the main doctors left there the place has gone downhill and is terrible. One of our cats has been on the same meds for 13 years. Every time I needed a refill they would call it in. Now they tell me they are too busy to call it in and have to issue a paper script. And prior to that when I would call for a refill I would have to call them back more than once to get them to call it in. But when you walk in there people are talking and joking basically not doing anything. But they are too busy to call in a script. The only good part of this is that I will no longer have to drive 28 mins from my house to get there any more since there is another vet 5 mins away. So them being lazy will save me time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The LakeCross staff has taken care of our miniature schnauzer, Daisy, for over thirteen years. Daisy was always very particular and disliked most humans other than immediate family members. However, she was always comfortable with and accepting of the LakeCross staff. Dogs can sense care and sincerity in humans, and Daisy was very happy at LakeCross as were we. We always knew Daisy was getting excellent care there.Last night, I had the unenviable but inevitable task of laying our Daisy to rest. It was both one of the worst and one of the best experiences I've ever had with a veterinarian. Obviously, it was the worst in that I had to accept the loss of a loved family member. But there is no way the process could have been more peaceful, respectful and thoughtful.From the initial scheduling of the appointment the day before, to the actual visit, I was treated with genuine concern, empathy and professionalism.Given what had to be done, the process itself was more peaceful than I could have imagined. I was given all the time I needed and Daisy and I were treated with the best possible care.I chose to stay with Daisy during the procedure and she passed peacefully while asleep in my arms. I can't imagine such a difficult task could ever be done with any more care or professionalism.I can't recommend LakeCross and their staff strongly enough. I thank them for thirteen plus years of excellent care of our girl.

My dog got bit/stung by something and had a bad allergic reaction. They got her right back and were so sweet and compassionate. Dr Kappers and Taylor were awesome. Will now be coming here for all our routine vet visits as well! So grateful!!!

I am so impressed with LakeCross Veterinary Hospital. I called at 3 pm about my sick dog, and they were able to have me come in at 4 pm. I was so surprised. I thought I would have to wait until the next day! And then they saw us in a timely fashion, and I was out of there by 5 pm, with medicine in hand. I highly recommend them!
