About Lab Metrics

We are a nurse-owned/operated, CMS certified (CLIA) lab and patient svc center, conveniently located in Huntersville, NC, providing a variety of in-office and mobile (within 70 mi radius) medical services. We perform blood draws/phlebotomy incl. therapeutic phlebotomy and PRP, DNA testing, respiratory testing (COVID-19, Flu A/B, RSV, Strep A), A1c, Blood Glucose, Urinalysis, UTI, Drug Screening, Wellness/Biometric Screening, Red Light Therapy, Paramedical Exams, EKGs, Quantiferon and 2-step TB Skin tests. Test results ready same day or w/i 1-2 days for most blood work. Appointments vary from 5-30 min. Serving individuals, families (incl. bed/homebound), organizations/corporations & congregate setting residents. Call or text for appointment.
