Went inside dealership for service on my vehicle and ended up with a vehicle. Not my intent at all. However, Sonny, salesman, talked me into another vehicle. Now, this guy knows cars and he really was very helpful in explaining why it would be better for me in which he was on point. He was understanding of my financial situation and worked and worked until we were in agreement. I appreciate everything he did as he went over and beyond a believe his job. Then I had to meet with Sean, the manager, to finalize everything. Well, talk about over and beyond. He ended up getting me a lower payment and he was very personable. Both these guys here are outstanding and know what they are doing. I will definitely be back and will refer anyone to this dealership as I’ve done in the past already. My friend Yvette purchased a Mazda from this dealership soon after I made the first purchase. Kudos to Keffer Mazda and especially Sonny and Sean!

The entire crew at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville was great!!! They were very attentive and patient. Daemion was just the salesman I needed with the tons of questions we had. Daemion was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and available whenever I had a random question about any vehicle there. Daemion understood what I needed for me to be comfortable with such a major purchase and for that I am grateful! Thanks so much Daemion and his supportive crew (Nick, Sean, and JR). The entire team was nothing short of amazing to me and my family!

For 6 to 8 months this dealership called me constantly asking me to buy my car and telling me they were low on inventory for used Mazda's. I went a few months ago to try and drive a few options. I explained in detail the car I wanted to buy and the options for it to have. For months they could not produce a car for me to purchase. I finally decided to go ahead and sell them my Mazda and had another plan to buy something else. Brian Webb was our sales person, they made and offer we agreed to, the problem comes in with honest communication. When you buy a new car and trade a car in you leave with the car even though they don't have the title to the car you traded. When you sell them a car they assure you that you will have a check within a week for the amount they offer you. What they really do is pay the loan and hold your profit hostage until they receive the title from the state which could take a month or more. They don't do this when you buy a new one. This was not explained at all. We were deceived and not given honest communication. This is a shady way to do business. If you agree to an amount and you take the car then pay what you agreed to. They are willing to wait for the title on anything else but not if you sell them the car they begged you to buy. Had we been honestly communicated with, we would have just sold it on our own or had the title in hand before going. Took me a week to dig out this truth and get to the bottom of what they are doing. Even the bank agrees the dealer plays a power card in this type of circumstance and it's not ethical.

Phil from Finance was quick and easy. Mackenzie, the sales manager, was also great and honored a couple of our requests. The experience overall was slower, but to be expected for a weekend. Overall happy with the dealership and walked out w a used CX-30!

I worked with Daniel and bought a 2024 CX50. He was so thorough to understand our needs and helped me achieve the right car for me! He understood and clearly communicated all the details of the different cars features. If you're looking at cars make sure you stop by and see Daniel, he will take great care of you!

Be prepared to be spammed with automated calls, letters, and emails after purchasing a vehicle. Moved across the county and *years* later stillllllll get offers in the mail. Doesnt matter how many times you ask them to remove you from lists, they still will reach out. It is just sooo annoying.

Came here yesterday 8/12/24 Inquiring about a trade in & Johnathan C was AMAZING! He listened to my concerns, answered my questions & was very knowledgable. When he pulled the car I was almost sold just by the presentation! I've never purchased a Mazda before & he has made me a believer! Im still going to look at my other options but Johnathan C makes it hard for me to not think about Mazda. Great presentation!! I'll be back as this was a great impression seems like I could be in for a good purchase/relationship with this company!

My fiance and I went in to look at certified pre-owned vehicles and Trey was very good to work with! He answered all of our concern's and questions even tho we were there really late in the day (we didn't leave until 9:30 at night). He never made us feel rushed or pressured into purchasing a vehicle. We took a CX-30 home for an extended test drive. We ended up getting approved for a brand new one which was something we never thought possible. Trey was wonderful and put us in our dream car. We've referred others to him and are thankful for this entire experience. Thank you Trey and Keffer Mazda!
