Had the most amazing experience on Saturday! My daughter and I were in a rush and the ladies that worked here were beyond helpful! It was so amazing to see my daughter smile and feel so confident in her body! I can't thank the ladies enough that helped her! This store/staff is amazing!

When in this super cute store, only to be greeted by super rude employees. Actually was not greeted at all, even after saying hello twice. Saw a couple of joggers I wanted, but was so put off by their attitude that I'm taking my money elsewhere.

If you are black, DON’t GO in that store. I Will never step foot in there again. It was my second time in that store and both times I had a really bad experience. The employees did not greet me, and pretended no one was in the store. I could not believe how I was treated. I said hi twice, and they never looked at me or replied. They had a disgusted look on their face, I was with my daughter and did not feel welcome in there so I grabbed her and left. DO NOT GO THERE!

Public humiliation! I’ve been to this store several times but yesterday was the absolute worst experience. I will never be back, and it be share my experience with most other boutiques in birkdale as well as my network of friends and family. I was ACCUSED of stealing a shirt. Not only was I harassed in the store, but I was followed to concierge and humiliated in front of guest services as well. I thought by sharing that I was returning the shirt to Anthropologie and I had purchased it one week prior the lady would realize it wasn’t from Julie’s. She refused to listen to me, told the guest services I was a lying thief, until the security guard confirmed the shirt was from Anthropologie. Indeed, I had the receipt in my Anthro-perks email on my phone. I was so rattled and dumbfounded that someone would be accusing me of something without listening to the truth. She just wanted me to be guilty I guess. I cannot emphasize enough- DO NOT SHOP HERE. There’s plenty of boutiques at birkdale- this is not a customer friendly one.

Found a few things I loved and last of each. The employee asked to start a room and I asked if she could just hold at the counter for me. Fast forward 10 mins and she has no idea where she put my items but 99% sure they were wrapped and given to the party checking out before me. 20 mins waiting on 5 girls to figure out what happened but no one had an answer. Won’t be back. Was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I came in looking for a wedding guest dress but quickly left. Most of the four or five girls working seemed to be my age, in their 20s, and were so rude! I wasn't t greeted or asked if I needed any help after walking around for ten minutes and pulling a few dresses. The whole environment felt like a clique. Rather than helping the customers, employees were standing in groups gossiping. The worst part is that I fell in love with a few dresses but their nasty eye contact was more than enough for me to leave empty handed.

Very poor customer service I Walked in today hoping to find a cute mother's day dress . When I walked in I started looking at dresses near the register. A lady was standing at the register and not once did she greet me or ask how I was doing . Than another lady walked in behind me I noticed she didn't greet her either but instead had a whole conversation to a another employee I'm guessing worked there about tickets to God knows what .
