Great Service today everything went smoothly

I brought my 2003 Ford F150 to the dealership on 8/29/2024. I told them that my front front brake calibers were leaking brake fluid and to replaced them. They charged me a extra $185 dollars saying the mechanic need to verify. Then charged me for labor to put them on. They charged me 100 percent markup on the calibers. The calibers cost cost $61.99 and they charged me $123.00. They charged me 2hrs labor to fix my rear door latch. To fix this part takes less that thirty minutes.I will never bring my vehicles back to this dealership again.

This team did it again and proved to me that loyalty from their customers means A LOT. I love this team of people.
I traded a truck Nov. 2020 and over the moon with that experience, and decided to do it again. No other dealership has ever done that little extra to make things happen. The whole dealership went to work to help with this last deal, in particular Stacy, Mike, Flores, and Angelica. Cody answered all the questions I had about buying a pre-owned truck, Nate offered suggestions on upgrades, and Ahmed was super cool during the financing part of the deal.
