Beware of doing business at Hall Honda. I was planning to purchase a new vehicle and the finance person told me I had seven days to cancel my purchase. Funds weren't going to be transferred for 5 days so they were going to put a dealer plate on my trade. I decided after that to cancel the purchase and informed the necessary people. The sales manager told me NC didn't have a cooling off period but I reminded him of the 7 day cancellation window his finance manager told me about, plus the fact that they had refused to transfer my tag because the funds weren't available for five days. Sales person ultimately consented and told me he would shred the contract - but then he ghosted me when I contacted him arranging to pick up my key. Internet sales person contacted me the next day advising I could pick up my key and title the next day and that went smoothly. Fast forward a week and I received an email from Sirius advising that a dealer had informed me that I had traded in my vehicle and purchased another (Hall's vehicle) and that they had canceled my subscription. Issue was I had not traded my vehicle - Hall never had possession of my vehicle and I had never accepted delivery of theirs! I contacted the sales person, sales manager and internet manager asking WHO was responsible for doing that - they did not have authority to do that - but no one has replied to my inquiry. It's obvious that they did that out of spite for me not consummating the purchase and it's a major inconvenience because Sirius refused to activate the subscription because (they said) it had been canceled. They said the dealer had advised that they were canceling it due to a LEASE return, which was a big fat lie! Beware of dealing with Hall Honda. They committed fraud and buyers should beware.

Fair prices and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Parts desk staff was able to help me diagnose my power steering noise as likely being fixed with $20 of new fluid and $5 worth of o-rings.

Shout out to sales consultant Ron Munday, who made my 4th car purchase experience with Hall Honda, seamless! Ron's knowledge and focus on customer satisfaction were impeccable two weeks ago. This is why I keep coming to the dealership that continues to make me happy!

I've done business in the past 7 years at Hall Honda but today is my last visit ever with and I strongly do not suggest anyone having business with them. I needed the needle in the valve stem replaced only and service advisor told me that they would have to replace the whole valve sensor and it would cost me better than $200, I kindly told them to stick up their ass. I can go to Advanced Auto and buy a pack of needles and accessories for less than $5 and replace it myself. Hall Honda is by far the worst Honda dealership in the Carolina's. If you want your Honda serviced then take it to Rick Hendrick Honda for best prices and on the spot staff for all your needs! The service advisors at Hall Honda, 4 out of 6 stood around printer and ignored any customers that walked in, again, the worst Dealership

Giving 2 stars because the man who helped us with a test drive was wonderful! (He was the only one) We scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle. When we showed up, it was sold & no one had even bothered to call us. They appraised my vehicle for a potential trade in & when my husband tried to negotiate with a sales manager (I presume, he didn't even actually speak to us) he just scoffed and shook his head no, without even taking his eyes off of his college football game. We immediately went to Honda of Concord- had an AMAZING experience & saved $4,000 on the same exact vehicle/trade in.

Go somewhere else. When a dealer goes 40% under valued on a trade it means that they are broke. There are too many other legitimate Honda dealers around to waste time here.

Hall Honda service department is the worst ever. Ever! I bought a new truck from this company. I intended to have my vehicle serviced by them. They treat me with disdain; as though I'm disposable. Fine. Have it your way. I'm outta here. If you want your Honda vehicle serviced, take it anywhere else. Try calling a service tech; you leave a voicemail because they never answer their phone and they never return calls. Try getting the manager of the service dept on the phone. Try getting the general manager to return a phone call. They just don't care. I give this bunch of ne'er-do-wells one star because a minus 5 stars appears to not be an option.

I've had multiple issues with Hall Honda since purchasing my car in August 2022. My most recent issue was on 6/30/23 and involved me bringing my car in for a tire rotation service but the service technician checked and said that I didn't need that service because the tire rotation had been completed during my last service. However, I found out on Monday that he was wrong. This is very frustrating because I took off from work on Friday, 6/30/23, for nothing. Now, I've had to reschedule another appointment for a tire rotation service for Saturday, 7/15/23, so I can talk to the Service Manager because they said that Mike Murphy only works on Saturday's. I had another issue where they scheduled a rim repair on the wrong day when the guy who repairs rims wasn't even there. So, again, I took off work for nothing and needed to reschedule. I have had other issues with scheduling an oil change, where they scheduled service but for some reason the appointment wasn't on their schedule? So, again, more days off from work for nothing and I needed to reschedule. I will never purchase another vehicle from Hall Honda, nor will I recommend this dealership to friends and family. The only reason I'm continuing to go there for service is because I purchased the full service package when I bought my vehicle.

THE service techs are horrible. After and still at this moment they have my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E and can't seem to find the problem. Issued me a loaner that's filthy. I wish Priority never sold out to Hall. HALL is full of cow manure. I will never purchase from them again.

Just shopping around trying to find the best deal I could find with a trade in for a new vehicle. Was up front about being a shopper and not in a rush. Manager on duty didn't like that and told me I should go to Carmax. Don't know If I'll do my shopping there but I definitely won't be spending my money at Hall Honda.

I was in search for a new SUV even though I just purchased one a few weeks ago. I was torn between the Kia telluride and another SUV as I live in Charlotte they did not have any colors available that I was looking for so I decided to look outside the city. I found the one that I was looking for in Lumberton North Carolina, which is about 2 1/2 hours away Julie. Was excellent with the process as we negotiated and did everything before I drove up there to ensure that I was not wasting my time the whole process took about two days from conversations and taking delivery of the vehicle if I am going to purchase in the near future I will make sure I will come here again for my every day needs.

We had a flat tire and Hall Honda took care of us! We were able to quickly get in on the Monday after Christmas! We would return if we were in the area.
