My kids and I have been coming to this location for haircuts since 2012. Occasionally I’ve left to go to a men’s salon but I always come back home. Lisa and team are always so kind. They make my son feel like the rock star that he is. We always laugh and smile. The music is good, the people are all better.
Oliver’s (11) Review: Lisa is my favorite person. She gassed me up with a low tapered fade and made me the Rizz Lord. My haircuts are always fire.

I wouldn’t use this location if you have young kids. I took my 5 year old grandson to get a haircut yesterday and the person was very unfriendly, almost to the point of being scary. After he was seated and I went through the style and she dismissed me to sit over in the waiting area. I understand that I shouldn’t be in her way. I watched her sternly move his head and tell him to not move a few times and thought that was a little rough. Then I looked at his face and he had red eyes. I immediately went over and told her she could be a little nicer and she told me he needed to be still and he was old enough. Explaining to him to hold his head in the position she puts it so she could get his hair straight would have been a nicer approach. She clearly does not like kids. We’ve always gone to a kids salon and have never had a problem. It was the worst service and we will never be back.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE CAUCASIAN. I came in needed a hair cut for an important event I asked if they can cut curly hair they said yes and proceeded to give me the worst hair cut of my life. They are nice but the only hair they know how to cut is Caucasian hair. They still charged me and I am going to dispute the charge but just save yourself the time and money and go to a real barbershop.

We used to really like this location, but it must have overgone some staffing changes? We've been 4 times recently and 4 rude, condescending experiences. It's really too bad. Not worth the cheaper cut, unfortunately.

I have been coming to this Great Clips location for many years now. They always make you feel like family. They know the names of their regular customers. They are friendly, approachable, and they give a great haircut! They listen to what you ask for and they are open to feedback. If I wasn’t so busy, it’s a place I could go to hang out and visit with staff that feel more like friends! Thank you Great Clips, Regency Village! Keep up the good work!

Lisa has not only cut my hair but my husband's and my granddaughter's as well. She is a phenomenal hairstylist and has such a warm and friendly demeanor. We just love her.
