Frustrating experience to say the least. From the original phone call where the guy just talked over me and didn’t answer my questions to their address not being correct and construction blocking the way into the business. Normally that’s fine, construction happens but no mention of it was made to me. Drove an hour around Huntersville going from one address to the next and they would not pick up the phone. Maybe they do fine auto work but this example of their customer service made me just not want to ever go there again.

Well I actually took somebody up there and it's not the first time I took this guy up there one of my neighbors and they are very good good and experienced so go check them out see for yourself don't just take my word for it go up there and take your car and get it fixed if it's something wrong with it have a good day

Mark helped diagnose and fix and elusive culprit that was causing shuddering in my engine, he was honest about what he thought and he fixed it on the first try! He also was able to work me in to his schedule when someone canceled, he called me back from a message I left. I highly recommend him.

I've been a long time customer... my dad always took his cars here, and dad has passed this great service on down to me (rip daddy). Mark, Rick n team are fantastic! I even bought a car from him that I've had for 5 years now. If my repair is major, it comes right here! I don't trust anywhere else, not even the dealerships for my car makers.
