Terrible customer service. I had placed an order online for pickup. I was told it would be ready the same day. I get no confirmation email. I call the store multiple times during business hours and the phone is never picked up. I found out a week later they canceled my order out of nowhere. I tried going in the store but no help either.

Tried going three times in 4 days to get a game and there have been signs on the door saying one break for an hour. 3 separate times and I have tried calling now and no answer so I assume they are in break again.... just close down the store if you aren't going to be open or update your hours. Frustrating wasting time and gas to drive out there during business hours and the store is closed

I’ve been going to game stop since college 20 years ago and have spent 1000s of dollars at their stores. After today’s visit I will never spend another dime at any location. This stores manager needs to learn how to talk to people and do his job.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Rude and disrespectful to customers. I have a hard time believing that management allows their employees to use the F word to customers like it’s some kind of cute way to be disrespectful. Hopefully they just shut this location down soon as it has been going downhill for a while now. Today was the final straw for me. Go to any other GameStop around (or even video game world) to be treated like an actual human being.

This location has the most unprofessional woman "working" there almost every time I visit. She is usually civil and occasionally nice, but consistently talks about how she hates her job and/or coworker. She has made jokes to my spouse and I about "never answering the phone again because people are so stupid". On Sunday 8/13/2023 we walked in around 6:45pm. I thought they closed at 8, but saw on my way inside that they closed at 7pm. I have to drive about half an hour to get to GameStop from my home, so I figured it was at least worth asking if I could do a trade in (of a device that I've traded in before, knowing it only takes 5 minutes) and if they said no, it's no big deal, I get it. However, when I asked her if I could trade it in she said "No." in a very rude tone. I calmly said oh that's okay because you're about to close. She said "yeah that and we don't take them no more" when I quoted the item on the way to the store and it gave me the stores location to go for a trade in. Even after that I thought okay that's fine but before I could say anything she said very loudly for everyone in the store to here "This goes for everybody- don't come in here in the last 30 minutes with a trade in, that's really f'd up to do!!!" I was so embarrassed that I just walked out without saying anything. She told the whole store what I came in for and said that after I was nothing but polite to her. I didn't have a problem with her not being able to do it. Her behavior was very uncalled for, and rude. To top it all of, she had GameStop bags tied around her head like some kind of child. I have never had anyone in any establishment speak to me the way that she did. I didn't do anything to deserve that, and I'm not sure why she is allowed to work with customers at all.

While there I have interacted with excellent employees at this location, their management and business practices are absolute garbage.About two months ago, I pre-ordered a game that came with a GameStop exclusive pre-order bonus. On the day of the game's release, I went to pick it up SIX MINUTES after they opened, and I was told they had already given my pre-order bonus away. According to the employee, they called everyone with a pre-order about doing a midnight release...well, considering I never got a call from them, I didn't go even though I would have. This was weeks after they almost gave away a special edition console I had pre-ordered as well, so I was already on edge about this location. After reaching out to a super helpful customer service agent (the only decent employee I dealt with in this scenario), I was told I would be contacted by the general manager to have my issue resolved. After about a week of waiting for the call, I sent a ticket in to GameStop's online help center to give all of this info and ask that the general manager contact me.Well, it has been about two or three weeks since that ticket was sent, so I'm doing the last thing I can think of to get this issue even noticed.I'll never be shopping at this GameStop again, or probably any GameStop at this point. Not surprised the company is going under.

I went in to look for a game for myself after school shopping with my son. Asked employee about finding a game and checking out.She was on the phone and said that she was attending to something, and once she was done with the person on the phone that she would answer my questions and check me out. The phone did not look like the store phone. While waiting, I looked at all the games on the wall, and it was 15 minutes later. I got in the line area to check out.A family of 4 came in, and a larger man came in at that time that I was patiently waiting for her to get off the phone. I was waiting for about 7-10 minutes. The larger man went straight from the door right in front of me. I dont know if he couldn't see me or not wait for her. She told him he would have to wait until she was done on the phone with the customer. She was finished and went to him.I was becoming so irritated because I was in line before him and not tended to first since I was in queue. My son got his things together and was tended to after the larger man was finished. The larger man may have come for a refund or in store credit, but he either should have seen the line waiting or she could have directed him.

My dealing with Chicho was beyond unpleasant, as he would not honor the printed and posted store policies regarding returning items. He initially was going to only refund one item, that was unopened, and after I pointed out what their policy stated, he then made the decision not to honor anything. His demeanor was 100% sus.

I'm quite actually amazing about the staff being friendly, this place is neat and clean and overall cool collections they have. This is my first time visiting this gamestop location and now I visit there quite often. I thx y'all for doing an amazing job and customer service. As always, Gamestop will never let me down.

Visited GameStop to pre-order Hogwarts Legacy and the customer service was outstanding. My son loves to look at everything and they made me feel more comfortable instead of nervous about it. Heather helped me the most, answering questions and making the process quick when I was ready to go. The other employees were great and upbeat as well, can't wait to go back!

Good staff. Very helpful, good recommendations. I really hope they get fairly compensated, financially. Speaks volumes if they are solid employees for low wages. One girl was zooming around looks like running the whole store while talking to everybody and being friendly.
