The place was full of babies car seats and strollers what does a 1 year old do in a place like this besides accidently get run over there was literally a newborn in there this place needs a age limit we spent 100 dollars and my daughter couldn't play on the few games she did know how to play on because the place was over runned with toddlers babysitting the games definitely won't be going back

I was there yesterday for my sons birthday. 6 of us and 2 didn't do anything and it still cost over $160 for maybe 2.5 hours. DropZone was a joke for about $7 per person (8 people) for 5 minutes. Road Course didn't open until we were about to leave. The vehicles sounded as though they needed charging or something. Both my sons car wasn't getting enough power to keep his lead of some of the other cars. We were going take pictures but it was $6 & we looked at other people's pictures and the quality sucked. The VR game HOLOGATE was $36 for a few minutes, but out of the 4 people playing NOBODY heard EVERYBODY. They told the guy and he did nothing. Then the first 4 minutes he forgot to press play!!! I don’t really know about laser tag but $9 each for maybe 6 minutes of play.The only thing redeemable about it is the most of the arcades were reasonably priced.I really don't see why it's so popular. Just a quick way to lose money real fast!!!I would put up videos but my kids didn't want me to post them ESPECIALLY the lame a**? DROPZONE!! THEY LOOKED LIKE TBEY WERE ON A BABY RIDE!!?

Out side of the go kart guys that worked on this particular day.....this place was a joke. The go kart crew were super friendly and made it enjoyable for the kids.The worst part of the whole Frankie's experience was the bartender. The bartender that worked today 3/16 roughly 11-2 pm needs to find another job. Rude and just not efficient at her job. I don't ever post negatives reviews but this really soured the whole experience for us. I will not be returning to Frankie's.

Went last night for the first time. Im a truck driver and love when I can go places to get out my truck. The place looked fun. I don't know if it was. Went to the lounge for food. The host asked if I wanted to sit at the bar since it was just me. I said no cuz I don't drink. I was sat at a table and never got served. People were sat at a table across from me and the waitress went right over to them. After being passed up a few more times I just left.

Frankie’s has lot of rides.. which are indoor and outdoor. Best part is kids can enjoy indoor and outdoor ( it is weather proof ?)…Bowling track is very impressive, they have mini golf track. They improved a lot post COVID. Now they have many arcade and simulation games options. Best part is food is good and reasonable. We can host a birthday parties at minimal price and biggest plus is go cart??.

Darnell told me my identical twin looks more gooder than me.Him also said wait I said to him "But Darnell, I don't have an twin." He said well if you did have one he would look many batter than you do. Darnell is a jerk. But the spaghetti tasted pretty good right Aaron?

Birthday party experience was not greatest extremely understaffed and not customer focused. Party tables were dirty when we arrived. Waitress had to attend 3 other parties (15+ kids each) simultaneously. Brought out undercooked pizza and when we asked for them to be cooked longer, the manager sent the over extended hostess to tell me that we were wrong and the pizza was in fact perfect. Zero stars!

Overall, a great spot to mingle and have a great time with friends and family, but the reasoning for me giving a 3 star is because of the food prices. The food quality isn’t worth the prices and they automatically add a gratuity to your order (which you can custom), but if you don’t pay attention, you’ll can be paying a lot extra for your total.

This place is awesome for the whole family. Kids will really like this place as well as adults. There is a lot to do here from games to rides. Places has a full bar for adults & place to eat for the family. They sell a little bit of everything from wings to pizza to salads & sandwiches. Very large place with bowling & minature golf & go-karts. This place will truly bring the kid out of you!

Whoever the employee is that’s answering the phone is beyond rude. She kept getting snappy when I called to inquire about group rates. We were so excited to have our daughter birthday party here but I will find some place else with nicer employees.
