This place has an amazing staff that is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pierce and Shanike have always been so quick to help me with my printing needs, while making suggestions on how to better execute my projects. Brandon is a sweetheart too and always makes other patrons and customers feel comfortable. Great staff at FedEx in Huntersville. Thank you all so much.

I had to return a phone to Spectrum. The gentleman at this FedEx location was the most helpful person I have dealt with in a long time.

Despite the information saying open 24 hours, they are closed on Sundays and not open 24 hours any of the rest of the week.

Terrible experience. There were two people in the front as I walked in while one or two other people were being helped. But quickly, a female employee went into the back and never came out again. During the time that I was there (35min), I stood listening to the woman in front of me deal with the issues she had with her print order. One item was wrong, another item was incorrect, and another item that should have been printed was missing altogether. At this point, there is a line behind me of four people. Still, just one person at the counter, trying to handle everything. The phone starts ringing. Even the employee that finally figured things out, for everyone, was trying to do as much as he could. But, where was that shorter black female employee who ran into the back and yelled out at one point “I’m on a call, you’re going to have to get that…” to the gentleman in the front, as the phone rang? Hopefully my package gets packed up correctly and sent where I wanted it to go. I’m really not sure…

Each time I print materials at this location the staff has been helpful, accommodating and professional. I had some marketing materials printed recently and the staff actually suggested an improvement and then printed the materials in a better format without charging me extra. So grateful for their help and their efficient service!

Had to return a piece of equipment back to AT&t to cancel the horrendous practices and policies they force upon people. Greeted as I came in the door and took care of right away. Very friendly very professional definitely a good place to come... For what it's worth they are a full-blown authorized FedEx... Not a designated reseller of FedEx.

In my life, I have never experienced customer service worse than at this FedEx store. I use this location often for very expensive print jobs. You will not find a crew of people who care less than this group. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Every. Single. Visit.

The customer service here is beyond horrible. There is a guy there who said his name was "Jimmy John" (but he surely gave me a fake name). White guy with short light colored hair. Incredibly rude. I got there and stood in the front waiting for service, not being familiar with where exactly I need to stand. I figure the clerk will at some point ask me "how can I help you." Bu nope. He proceeds to completely ignore me and help other customers that came in after me. When I ask him why he didn't call me, he says, "cause you're standing there and I don't know what the hell you're doing" and laughs. Yep. So professional. So instead of arguing with this l***** I just ask for his name and that's when he says "Jimmy John. I leave to go to a different location, and as I'm leaving he yells out "Have a nice day!" in a sarcastic tone, as he laughed with another customer he was helping that came in after me. So I don't know if this guy's name is really Jimmy of not, but this was on August 14, 2023 at around 2pm or so. All I know is, this guy needs to be fired. So if you are in the area and need Fedex, skip this location and go to another one, life's too short to spend on incompetent and rude people like this. As you can see from other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. This location is horrible. If he hates this job so much maybe someone else with manners and professionalism can take his place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. If you'd like your shipment lost or sent right back to you without going to its intended recipient, use this location. I've been here multiple times, nothing seems to go smoothly. On top of it, customer service can only be obtained by physically going to the store. If you call to get answers, they'll transfer you to a customer service representative that you'll have to explain the situation to, who will then say they are helpless and to contact the store (who transferred you in the first place) to get help. This location is also big on applying "non-standard" packaging fees for shipping items that should never warrant it. I'd go with UPS over FedEx every time, but if you have to use FedEx I would stay clear of this location.

The people who have waited on me at this location are rude. Every time I go to this store, Zach, in particular is rude, short and not friendly to customers. He should really be terminated. Anyone who works with the public should at least greet the customer and thank the customer. Neither of these occur when Zach is working. I hope management sees this review and takes action.

Great prices on printing last minute Valentine’s Day cards as I have been known to do more than once. The employees here are always so helpful and friendly, even when weird people come in and try to hit on everyone in sight lol thanks for having my back, y’all!

Thank you to the great people at this location who got 10 four-page booklets bound and produced flawlessly for me in a rush job, in under an hour. I was under the gun with my boss. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel like they understood my situation.
