A little wait but once I got to the head of the line the service was friendly and efficient.

Wanted to ship a laptop w/ battery installed; staff told me their insurance prohibits acceptance of batteries so they can't handle my shipment. I suggested they should post that info on their website. They were very friendly & understanding.

Everyone is always very courtesy they get you in and out I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.
