Very hard to get customer service on the phone . When you do they rush you off the phone.

The supervisor Katherine helped me set up my account while I was oversees and had no access to the site, during her own vacation. I just spoke to a new associate Deira who made the ACH process so fast and easy.

Awful power company. Website is outdated and clunky - absolutely terrible. If you miss ONE payment, your account is on a hold and you have to pay in person with cash or check. Outdated and terrible service. Get better please.
