Worst Service ever. Had two separate deliveries of Butcher block Countertops. First delivery my large piece was damaged by a fork truck. The pallets that they were on were trash, they had nails sticking out of them everywhere. I only received a partial refund for the damaged piece. One of the countertops was the incorrect size. I had to return it to Lowes and reorder the correct size. This brings me to the second delivery. When I received this countertop, the box was completely drenched. It was not on a pallet but the driver said they had it leaning against the side wall of the trailer, I'm assuming that with all the rain we have had, it was leaking into the truck. So he laid it down flat in the center of the trailer. This piece of wood is warped because of the water damage. This is unfinished Butcher Block and cannot be wet. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received and how the ordered products were handled each time.

I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They are extremely slow to pay for services offered. We currently have 4 open invoices totaling over $20K that we've been trying to get payment for. Some of these invoices are over 100 days old. Now, they are not responding to emails or phone calls. ?

Not only did the $1400 in butcherblocks slabs get delivered a week late, but they were all completely damaged... Then, when trying to contact them reach a dead end and be voice recording get told to email and wait for a reply... the worst..

They fire more people than they hire. On my first week of working here they fired 4 people. It seems the company has a lot of favoritism with certain employees and let go of people that are actually hard workers. They always notice what you do wrong but never congratulate you when you’re doing great. Look into the company before applying.

Three and half hours and counting to unload forty foot sea can with palletized cargo.. smfhVisited again, took an hour. Dont know what the malfunction was the trip before.

The worst customer service I have literally ever received. Not transparent at all and the fact that it will take 5-7 business days to deliver (the wrong) couch from Huntersville to Charlotte is insane.
