I’ve gone to Christian Brothers a couple of times now and have gotten very work done, specifically alignment and tires. My last experience went well. But I had an issue about a month after leaving. I’m not local to the location. I called and the representative Cliff gave me some news I didn’t really want to hear. And I reacted very poorly. He kept his composure and continued to want to provide great costumer service. The issue was resolved, and it was not Christian Brothers or his fault. Hats off to him and Christian Brothers and I will definitely bring my car back when in town. Highly recommend!

Check engine light came on my car and these guys were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it all fixed. Were very transparent about the issue and answered my many questions along the way. Price was fair as well. Highly recommended.

I took my SUV to CB after doubting a dealership's diagnosis and suggestion. CB quickly provided a 60 point inspection report, complete with pictures and a video that left me confident of the issue. They provided 3 reasonably priced service options and did a great job. I felt they genuinely cared about my vehicle's overall health and my safety. They will get all my service work.

They have always seemed truthful with me about my car whether telling me good or bad news about my car. I’ve never felt as if they were just trying force me into any pointless and costly repairs.

Brought my vehicle here to fix a vibration issue that 2 other places couldn't fix. It took them 3 days to "fix" it. They broke a bunch of my lug nuts and blamed it on the lug nuts being poorly designed (they have been taken off many times without issue). Not only did they break my lug nuts BUT THEY CHARGED ME $75 FOR A NEW SET!!! They said that the truck had no vibration and billed me $300. The truck DID HAVE A VIBRATION just like it did when i brought it to them. I took measurements on a vibration app before/after that confirmed this.
I would go somewhere else to get my car fixed, I'm out $300.
