I was at this gas station at about 7 am and got gas but the receipt didn’t print out. I knocked on the locked door to get a receipt but clerk (older woman) inside yelled something at me and didn’t unlock the door. I had to wait till 7:20 am to get the receipt and was late for my work. No business hours sign, I didn’t know if she opens in 5 minutes or in an hour. Or never. Terrible experience.The attached photo was taken at 7:10 am and the store was supposed to be open at 6 am.

To the owners and CEO of Cashion's gas station(s), I would like to express my concerns regarding the practice of placing a $100 hold on customers' cards, effectively requiring them to enter the store. This approach is highly unacceptable and can be perceived as both unethical and manipulative in order to maximize profits. It is worth noting that your competitors have implemented more favorable practices. For those who are on a tight budget or facing urgent situations, I strongly advise avoiding Cashion's gas stations or opting to pay for gas inside without being coerced into making additional purchases.

The older caucasian woman on 2nd ALWAYS has an attitude with anyone buying lottery or tobacco. I noticed this the last few times and gave her the benefit of the doubt but she had a nasty attitude tonight with other customers. She obviously doesn't care that besides gas those two items bring in the most costumers which keeps her employed. I'll drive the extra miles just to avoid her being rude to me. The older man was very sweet and tried to do what he could.

I don't know who the guy is with the old timing, train conductor beard, but this man needs to learn what customer service is because he has been a complete and total d*ck every time I've come in, every time my girlfriend is coming in, he's been a d*ck to other customers, too. Somebody needs to get rid of this dude.

Outstanding customer service with a with a wide variety of food items for that quick pick up on the way home. The Cashion Family are also huge supporters of community programs and events. Just a fabulous locally owned small business!

Cashion's is a small group of Gas Stations / Convenience stores in the Cornelius/Huntersville NC area. To my knowledge, there are four of them, two in Cornelius and two in Huntersville although this one is on the edge of both Cornelius and Huntersville. Been going to them for years but this is probably the one least visited because of proximity to where I lived in Cornelius. Now that I have moved to Denver, I drive by it every day and have more reason to stop in. In the old days when I smoked, I would occasionally buy cigarettes here and an occasional lottery ticket. Most of the Cashion Stores are very friendly but for some reason, the folks here are not very friendly nor are they very helpful or organized. In the past couple of months, have stopped in several time for gas and the has not changed for any the better, Thankfully with gas, you normally pay at the pump so at least you can minimize contact. Only gas station in the immediate area so if you're low on gas, good idea to fill up otherwise drive a bit further and find someplace else.

I am giving this location 5 stars because the customer service is excellent. There was an issue with my credit card at one of the pumps I used and it caused a problem with my bank account. I called the station and the employee who answered the phone was sweet and polite and gave me another number to call. Within an hour I received a phone call from Mr. Cashion and he worked very hard to help me with the issue with my bank. Really went above and beyond on a Saturday for me. I could never asked for a better response! The gas prices usually on the lower end for the area as well.

When you walk in, the lady behind the counter says, "How y'all doin'?" Two things here: 1. Whenever I feel like the Lake Norman area is becoming too much like the north, I go to Cashion's for that southern feel. 2. I recently learned that "y'all" should be pronounced as one word (this took place in Mississippi). Other than that, it's your regular kick-ass Cashion's gas station.
