I have lived in the Carolinas for six years, and have had the opportunity to become well acquainted with Vets in the area. Without a doubt, Dr. Alisha Fennell and her staff are one of the most caring, compassionate,, dedicated group of pet providers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They are down to earth, professional, and take the time to get know their pet patients, as well as pet parents. I have been going there for several years now, and most importantly my pup loves her ! I even had an emergency and was routed to her business partner Dr. Adams and received the same level of care and treatment.... I even received a follow up call the next day, to inquire about my pup, see if I had any questions, or needed anything additional... You just dont find these kind of folks anymore. I would encourage anyone who has moved to the area, or are in need of quality pet care to make them you first choice!

Excellent care provided for my cockatiel and quaker parrot checkups. Wonderful care instructions also provided regarding recommended diet changes and training.

Really easy to schedule. They were really sweet to my dog on his first visit to the vet since adopting him. Thorough, and didn't try to push a ton of services just advised what's coming up. We will def be going back.

Don't trust your beloved pets to this place. Their business practices are abysmal and the staff is rude and uncaring. The clinic will no longer send a prescription electronically or even by fax. It has to be a hand written Rx that you must come to the office to collect and then mail to your pharmacy. I was told the prescription was ready so I came to collect it. I had to wait 20 minutes (intentionally it seemed) before a rude and entitled staff member finally deigned to deliver it. The previous prescription required a $50 lab test they told me was required by NC law, which I discovered was a lie. These folks are all about fees, archaic business practices and disgruntled staffers. If you love your pets, they deserve better than this place.

I was visiting from California for the month, my dog came down with extreme nausea and wouldn't eat for days. I brought her to the Carolinas veterinary clinic and Dr. Adams did amazing work on my Ruby. After all tests were within normal range , doctor Adams suggested an ultrasound of her internal organs . She worked really hard at scoring me an appointment when they are very hard to get . I had to bring ruby to them as out patient many times for injections . The entire staff was fast, friendly and professional. They communicated with me at every step of the way, the pricing was fair. I am very pleased with their services and I highly recommend them.

We have been seeing Dr. Alisha Fennell for many years with our cats and have received great attention to our needs. Dr. Fennell is very attentive, always explains her recommendations. We are very happy with the care we receive here.

I am so thankful for CVCC! Dr Fennell and Dr Adam's are amazing. Our baby Jax was so sick last week. We spent hours in the emergency vet to leave with no real answers. As soon as CVCC opened I called and they had me bring Jax on in even though they were fully booked for the day. The ladies came out to get him as soon as we arrived. They could tell I was very concerned and upset. They were very compassionate and reassuring that Dr Fennell would find out what was going on. After an exam and X-rays she called to let us know his diagnosis and the plan going forward. They are all amazing and I highly recommend them for your fur babies.

I'm very impressed and thankful for the care and communication I received from the staff and Dr. Fennell. Since we are in quarantine, the vet tech came out to my car to get my bearded dragon, Stella and bring her inside. During the exam, Dr. Fennell called me from inside and took her time talking to me, answering a variety of questions I had, and gave me great information that was above and beyond the visit. They communicated clearly the prices before I paid, so I was really happy with that too! Thank you for conveying care and appreciation of the clients and pets, and for providing me a great first visit to help my Stella feel better!

Nala had her first appointment today and I could tell she was well taken care of! the staff did such a great job of making sure she had what she needed even in the midst of a pandemic! And they even added some cute accessories after her grooming

The facility itself is modern with all the amenities. I took my 7 year old German shepherd there to have her looked at by doctor Fennell after another vet had looked at her and said things were fine. Let me just say that within 5 minutes doctor Fennell did more work than my previous that did in the past 2 visits. She looked over the dog's wound and ask if she had received any vaccinations there recently and I said yes. She showed me where the area had been infected and tol
