I received excellent service at the Caliber Collision in Huntersville, NC. I am very happy with my auto repair work. My vehicle looked brand new, and they even cleaned the interior. unfriendly and unhelpful. Won't do work unless it is an insurance claim. I only have a few scratches from road debris and they won't even look at it and give an estimate for my insurance company. Rediculous.

Had to bring my vehicle in for repairs and from the start of the intake they were very professional and thorough in explaining all of the details and estimates to me. They communicated with me via text message throughout the process and kept me in the loop on what was happening with my car. Even finished earlier than initially estimated. Great service and the body work was done very well.

Everyone I communicated with at the Huntersville location was extremely pleasant, professional and informative. DJ delivered my car as promised - looked brand new. Trish in the office was a sweetheart. I was VERY happy with the service and final results.
