“The door on my S10 Truck would not close right due to the metal on the body holding part of the latch was cracked. The repair shop that I had the truck for another repair said they could not do this repair and I should find someone to repair or fabricate something to make a safe repair. I called Mr Hammond and he went to the repair shop, gave me an estimate and repaired it on location. This saved me from having to look for another vehicle. The repair looked good and worked well. “I get it, inflation is eating into everyone's budget, including car dealerships. Inflation has made our lives more difficult. That's what makes my experience so much better.While traveling from Charleston, South Carolina, to Olean, New York (to spend the holidays with family), one of my windshield wipers stopped working. This happened as the remains of hurricane Nicole were sweeping up the east coast (I needed both wipers). This was on 11/11/2022.200 miles from home, 700 miles left to my destination, at 6:00 AM. I pulled into Toyota of North Charlotte and they got me back on the road in about an hour. It was a minor fix and they didn't charge me, even when I asked to pay something.They could have made a quick buck off of somebody in a difficult situation. They didn't. Instead they made my day. These folks care, and they care when times are tough (when it really counts). Thank you Toyota of North Charlotte.”
“We have used this company twice. Each time they kept us well informed, the repairs were well done and they returned the car clean. We never had to return the vehicle for any reason. We paid out of pocket for one repair. Their pricing was lower than others and their service was well above!
