Had a battery back up that went bad. Brought the unit in to them and they were able to replace it within 5 minutes. The guy also was very helpful in explaining to me how I could upgrade my battery.

My phone kept shutting off and the battery charge was whacked! I knew I couldn't go to work without a phone so believing it was a battery problem, I headed to this Batteries Plus. My battery was swollen and I was told the pressure had a 60% chance of cracking the screen when repaired which would cost $279 for my phone. I was begging them to be careful and Abraham knew my frustration bc of the cost. Well, he did his magic and my battery was replaced for $85! There was no wait and it was done within an hour. I can't tell you how grateful I was for this service. I will never go anywhere else. Oh, and if you need a key fob? Don't pay $250! They charge me $150, and that is worth the trip right there. Thank you, Abraham!
