I LOVE Bally Nails! I only get the "classic pedicure" once a month, but it LASTS! Everyone on staff is so kind and remembers me every time. The salon is appointment only, which means it's never packed and noisy like other salons. I'm able to relax and take my time sitting in the massage chair. Best of all, there are never any kids running around. If you want a quiet, thoughtful, grown-folks experience at a north Meck salon, Bally Nails is THE BEST!

They really need to understand customer service is everything & money has no color to walk in & tell me you have no appointments until next week then I leave out & call all of a sudden you have a appointment. To respond to you definitely no confusion & I total don’t agree but I got them done it in very welcoming nail salon that doesn’t just pick whom they will serve

I cannot speak higher of Bally Nails. Yen and the team are all incredible and extremely welcoming. The attention to detail and amazing work is far above any other salon I have been to in my long history of getting my nails done. I love that they are always on top of new products and share their knowledge with me. Highly recommend trying hard gel if you’ve been doing dip! My nails last longer than I’ve ever experienced and they look incredible every time!

Because of their reviews, what was shown on their instagram, and the convenience of the location, my wife went today to get her nails done for her birthday. She left her appointment feeling defeated, so I decided to address this myself because no one should have this type of experience.
To be clear, this was an appointment, and even though she brought in a photo of exactly what she wanted, which they had already done for someone else, the man who did her nails (I believe his name is Sonny) said he wouldn't have enough time to do it and tried to push her to get something she didn't want.
It all went downhill after she met him. He continued to be very rude to her and for no justifiable reason. It got to the point where she told him that he was giving her anxiety, but he showed no sign of concern in his behavior.
My wife could not get a pedicure, and the manicure she received was not what she asked for. Sadly, she gave up trying to get what she wanted after realizing the terrible treatment would not end and that nothing would change. She paid, even tipped, and left.
I did call the business to share the feedback directly. The woman who answered the phone apologized and asked if there was anything that could be done to make things right. Sadly, based on my wife's first and last experience, the damage had already been done. If this business wants to attract and keep clients, it should be proactive in employing amiable workers. My wife will not come back here again. I wish anyone who wants to try this place luck.

It was my first time there, and I will definitely be coming back. Win did my manicure, and Molly did my pedicure. Both of them took great care to do them both right, and it’s one of the best mani/pedis I have had in the area. Highly recommend!Services: Pedicure

came here after a bad nail experience elsewhere and a high recommendation from a friend! Sunny definitely exceeded my expectations with my request and held a wonderful conversation the entire time. The whole place is so nice and bubbly. I can’t wait to come back!!!

I am absolutely irritated. I called a week in advance to schedule 2 pedicures as my husband and I would be going on vacation. The lady I spoke with confirmed that she had me down for 2 pedicures and had even asked what polish when booking. I had let her know one was no polish, as it was for my husband, and I would do regular polish. I show up for my appointment and they only had me down for 1 pedicure and the next available time would be over an hour wait. I’m absolutely disappointed and irritated as my husband and I had to leave, with no pedicure, for vacation. You don’t provide an email or text confirmation for the appointment, or at least I did not get one, and the lady that did the appointment did not state her name. So I have nothing to provide to you as a customer that I called for the 2 appointments. If I could give you 0 stars I would. Needless to say I won’t be using you going forward. Do better.

I had a great experience here today. I see the reviews are mixed. However, sonny, and Molly did me and my daughter’s pedicure and did her manicure. I was pleased with the service. I will be back again.

You need to advertise you are by appointment only so people don't waste time diving there.
