Went to autospecialties to get a second opinion on a repair that my dealer was suggesting. The dealer was unable to clarify why the repair was needed and how they had detected the need. It felt off. Turns out our gut feel was right and there is no immediate need for a $2000 repair. When you are looking for an honest opinion, go to Autospecialties if Lake Norman.

We took our Audi Q7 here and they saved us so much money compared to the dealership. On top of that, we were misquoted but they wanted to honor the original quote bc making sure that we walked away as a happy customer was more important than nickeling and diming us.
