I'm more than certain I'll never waste my time attempting to patronize this establishment. I showed up at 10:20 Saturday morning and was told there is an hour wait due to there only being 2 employees at the time, who were both busy. I returned at 11:30 only for them to say, it will be about 2:00 before we (3 pedicures), could be served. I don't know about them, but my time is more precious than their wait.

I love love love coming to Applause! Zenda just did I -tip extensions on my hair and it looks so amazing! She did a phenomenal job making it look natural. She took her time making sure that my hair blended properly and to make sure the links weren’t clipped too tightly. This is a fairly new service that she will be providing and I highly recommend it.

Noshova Guy is very unprofessional and puts her young clients in uncomfortable situations. She started an unprofessional sexual relationship with a client's dad. I'm shocked that the owner doesn't have some kind of rules put in place for that. It is bad for business when a stylist can't keep it professional. It can also bring unnecessary issues.

I made an appointment for a pedicure and gel polish change. I was placed with Jada. She seemed to struggle with setting up the water. I asked to keep my nails square. She cut my nails too short and now they can't be square. Her hair is super long and kept falling on my toes in the way. I asked her if she could tie her hair back and she said she would but never did. She seemed like she didn't know how to clip my cuticles. She just did hand motions like I was not watching. Someone came in after me was finished and I was still getting filed. After an hour of filing, I have crooked, filed too short nails. I asked her to stop. The only other tech saw my concern and came and saw what happened. She said I can't give you back you length, but I will fix it the best I can for you. I felt more confident in the 2nd tech. But there were errors still. I asked for regular polish and gel was applied and I had to stop her. The errors in the pedicure caused them to ask me if I still wanted my nails done due to time. If I knew it was going to be a 2 hr basic pedicure, I would not have gotten a pedicure and just my nails serviced. My nails turned out OK. I'm not sure I'll be back. I surely would like to since it's between work and home. But the quest to find a shop will have to continue I guess.

The people are nice, professional, and very gentle. Note: I have allergies and when I was at the shampoo bowl, the stylist immediately asked if I had allergies ; that didn’t cross my mind so I appreciate the consideration at every point. ? the products are also REALLY GOOD and did I mention it’s black owned ??? absolutely nothing short of professional and respectful.Ask for ‘Brittney’
