This place was fantastic! I was in and out quick. I have a bit of white coat syndrome and always struggle in all different types of labs and medical facilities. It can be very overwhelming. I worked with Lennon, and she was fantastic. She made me feel at ease with her kindness and her jokes. It really made the experience so much better for me. Genuinely appreciate her. This place definitely earned my business going forward.

Very friendly staff, was able to get in and out of here within 10 mins!Very glad I visited this location after a negative experience at one of their other locations.

After a brutal experience at another Any Lab Test Now, where the nurse practitioner refused to wear a mask while drawing blood for my immunocompromised wife, we called ALTN in Huntersville and Lennon answered the phone. He said, call me when you park and everybody will put a mask on before you enter. He was true to his word, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional.He knew all of the not so common tests we needed to run and was super smooth with the needle. We've since been back several times for various tests, and Lennon has become a significant support column for my wife's recovery.

I LOVE this place! It is so easy to book an appointment or walk right in and get testing done. I have visited this business both through my doctor as well as on my own. I love that I can go in under my own discretion and complete whatever testing I need. The staff is always kind and cheerful; they are also very organized.

This lab is absolutely amazing. The kindness and treatment doesn’t go unnoticed by me. Now what I did notice was Lennon who I think manages this lab came out and stated in his usual patient caring voice that it was only him there today and he was running behind. He was extremely apologetic. What I saw was what societies response usually is. The “so how long is going to be” from many. The sighs. The stampeding away like a 2 year old walking out. This man is trying. His coworker had to leave to take care of her child. What is wrong with people. Empathy, kindness and just understanding just doesn’t exist anymore. If i could give 0 stars i would , the slowest drug test lab I’ve ever been too , 30 minutes later and im still waiting to be seen for a drug test , false advertisement, you’re not out within 15 mins hell you not even looked at within the first 15 minutes , you need more staff , it should never take 30 minutes for a drug test . If i could change my testing site right now i would have .

Went there yesterday for a test, got my email today with the results along with a message to just call if I had any questions. I just wanted to make sure I was reading the results right, and I had a few follow up questions. I called and let them know I wanted to just make sure I was reading the result correctly. The lady asked me to hold for a few minutes and I did. She then came back on the phone and asked my name. I gave that to her, and then she goes, "so what about this is so confusing to you??" And it was the rudest interaction I've ever had with a human being. I just hung up. Why are you going to tell people to call if they have any questions if you're going to treat them like that when they call? Maybe get people working the front office who actually have front office experience. Or customer service experience at a bare minimum. I drove an hour and a half ONE WAY to recieve services I can't even follow up on.

I purchased a 25 visits for B-12 before Covid. I visited on Saturdays. Now that I would like to continue with what I paid for I am not able to because I work the same hours the facility is open and is unable to come during the week and they close at 5:30.They are unable to accommodate me. Will you just keep my money? That’s crazy! Staff is unprofessional..no empathy just no cause we individually own so you in a mess! A mess is the word she used. For healthcare professionals! Health care systems and workers are getting worst! It be your own people that treats you the worst! Will you just keep my money DORIS CHUNG-WATSON?

I paid out-of-pocket for a test to see Lipoprotien Particles. Any Lab Test Now ran a different test, one that didn’t include what I asked for. When I asked for a refund, they refused saying they still had to pay for the lab work that was done. Okay, but the lab work that was done is NOT what I asked for!They are riddled with communication issues, and they don’t stand behind the services they claim to offer.There have been no less than 3 separate issues with AnyLabTestNow, and I have decided to start working directly with the Labs.You’re better off driving over to Quest Diagnostics.Edit - I requested Lipoprotein Particle testing, I did not receive Lipoprotein Particle testing. I was refunded $200 out of $279 I paid for this test. Which means I spent $79 on lab-work I didn’t need or ask for. I understand mistakes can happen but if a customer doesn’t receive what they asked for, they shouldn’t be charged for it.
