In my 76 years of living and moving many times I have never had the opportunity to work with such a far superior storage facility and management team as I have with Anchor Storage of Huntersville. My 10x20 climate controlled room was spotless as were the halls and the entire facility. The options made available such as "by-the-day" moving truck rental was super convenient! The security exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the moving cart in my storage facility as it saved me the back-breaking work of hand carrying numerous boxes of 'stuff' to my site:) Bill Sweeney is very pleased with the professionalism and care. From the get go this place was great. I reserved a unit online, was contacted quickly, and everyone was helpful and courteous. I was even offered a better promotion than the one I had initially asked about. When it got close to move in date I was again contacted to see if I was still coming in and if I needed anything. On arrival the pw and check-in in were a breeze. The unit itself was as described, clean and well maintained. Would recommend??

I had the best experience renting with Anchor of Huntersville. I was able to reserve my unit while in Europe, Courtney was so accommodating and helpful with my needs and the entire process was so smooth and quick. They are very reasonably priced and the facility is well lit and easily accessible. No stairs or elevators which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Great experience so far. The online check in was seamless. When i arrived to access my unit it took 5 min in the office and my unit was available. We are moving from another company to here because of massive price increases.
