Not happy. When I went in there they said appointments only! I wish tgey had that posted on their website!! Very disappointed. Drove a mile down the street, they were happy to take me in and my money too, ended up spending a little over $2000 with new tires , brakes and battery etc.

Came In at 5:30 After Driving an Hour, Just To Be Told They Have Already Closed There Drawers For The Day.
Unsure as To Why You Would Close Things Down 30mins Before Closing, But I Am Assuming Due To It Being A Friday That's Why ... Not Professional At All Considering Everyone Else Has Jobs And Time Taken Out of Their Day To Commute There.

Stopped in to get some battery pricing. Employee had attitude problem when I asked about core charges and treated me like I was stupid so I left. This isn't the normal way I've been treated here but that's ok I just purchased it somewhere else. Hopefully staff will have changed when I go back again. They don't seem to keep front staff long anyways!

Go here for an inspection- you’ll get $3k of items to “fix”. Literally every time. COMPLETE SCAM! Both cars have 30k or less miles and there are two dozens things to “fix”. Avoid!

I wish I had seen the reviews before entrusting my car to your care. As a long-time AAA member, I expected better. However, the oil change service I received was utterly disappointing.
Team promised tire rotation with the oil change, but they give me a call and tell me that the tools are not in the car which are needed to remove the tires.. All car care facilities do have tools and i was never asked for a tool for so many years when I did oil change at other places. This lack of preparedness is inexcusable. When I offered to return with the needed tools, I was denied and the person mentioned , no it comes with oil change . I said yes, thats why i want to come back . But they denied.
To make matters worse, my car's synthetic oil indicator dropped to 90% immediately after the oil change, despite driving less than 10 miles. When I sought an explanation, I was met with unconvincing responses and a suggestion for a pricey diagnostic service.
Your customer service and oil change quality are subpar. This experience has severely tarnished my trust in your facility.

I went in for a safety inspection and was handed an $1800 bill. I was told if I did not have the items on the bill corrected they would not give me a pass for safety inspection. The items that were failed were based off of opinion of the individual doing the safety inspection. I offered to correct the minimum, but they said that was not acceptable save your time and money, and go somewhere else.
I immediately took it somewhere else and passed. It’s amazing how unethical a business can be.

I had been using this AAA shop for a couple of years with no problems - great service, great value, everything inspired confidence. Until summer 2023. When I was charged $300+ to replace a battery on a 2010 Jetta. Followed by replacing the cooling system for $2500 about 6 weeks later. Only that didn’t stop the car from dangerously over heating . So then they replaced the radiator. Right in the middle of this, my teenage son was killed. After a lot of discussion with AAA, the radiator was replaced, but not warranteed. The whole feeling of the transaction was slimy, with multiple service managers giving differing responses to what was happening with my car. I would not recommend this shop.
